Probably the best seitan philly I've ever had??? At this teeny tiny cute deli! Perfect post-hike (or pre-hike), and the guy running it is so sunshiney and sweet; he knew everyone's names. 😠So glad we popped in!
We love this spot whenever we are in town. Service is always mountain town friendly, food is bees knees, prices are so approachable. Great to grab breakfast or lunch before heading into RMNP. Being a little removed from main Street makes this a gem in hiding. Country gravy burrito, Ruben, and the BLT hit the spot and our go tos. Fresh baked cinnarolls or cookies all the time too.
We’ve tried a couple of their sandwiches but the Italian wins every time! The focaccia bread is amazing and the flavors are perfect. The turkey bacon avocado is also very very good. Service is a little slow but only because they are always so busy (because they are so good). Well worth the wait every time!
