Pretty common to see customers ignored as they wait for service. I appreciate the taxing work performed by barristas, but these kids act like they're doing you a huge favor by waiting on you and enduring your presence in their space.
There are many excellent options for coffee and ambiance in Estes Park. Seek one of them.

Like that they open at 4:30 a.m. Service and drinks were great. Bathrooms were different, unisex with hand washing outside the toilet room.

As expected, this was delicious. Five star experience not much else to be said. There is a nice outdoor patio here with gas fireplaces. The interior is spacious and had lots of seating when I went there.

I love when you ask a barista if they have a condiment in stock and they say no because it was a temporary item (okay fine, feel free to stop there), and then they add in they’re personal opinion that the whole bottles of said condiment are expensive anyway. Okay Karen, some of us choose jobs with salaries that can support a $20 bottle of hot sauce… no one asked for your judgement. 🙄

There was an elk in the drive thru so that was cool. The unisex restroom I used had urine all over the floor. That was gross. I wish they had male and female restrooms.

Staff with head scaff has too much attitude, don't like to ask about the order. Couldn't make simple latte.

Between the drive-through and foot traffic this place gets busy. Add like 5-10 more minutes the plan if you stop here, esp around the morning time. This is not about the staff. They do an amazing job and are so nice! But the morning rush to the park is just serious.
