Rude. Worst customer service.

Took 15 minutes to get one chocolate chip cookie… 1. They had the order wrong and charged me for a brownie. 2. When I asked to make sure that they didn’t forget about the order, Mary was very rude and said ‘we are working on it’ and gave me a dirty look.

Came here at 05:15 and there were 2 employees inside who just blatantly ignored us. Tried the drive through twice, then came and knocked on the door and they looked at us and didn’t have the courtesy to say why they weren’t open when they were supposed to be.

Very unfortunate that this location was having staffing issues when we visited. At least our coffees were decent. The wait was longer than usual.

they give us something completely different then what we order and when we try and talk to them they quickly shut the window and walk away

This particular location is constantly closing their dining area for a whole list of reasons, and it’s getting old. As a regular, it’s pretty obvious they are just coming up with excuses to limit foot traffic. Oftentimes they close the drive thru for this reason, too. I have a feeling corporate would lose their minds if they knew this was happening. The people are nice but they have a problem retaining employees. Suggestion: offer employee housing. You can’t rely on commuters from Loveland and seasonal J1 employees for such a busy location. This Starbucks has so much potential, but oftentimes falls short of expectations.

The baristas were so stressed this morning. They were overwhelmed with orders and disgruntled customers. My order specially said it would take 22-25 minutes. So I waited patiently and it was ready early ❤️ You may need more help at this location or make Safeway a mobile order destination.
