Parking: There are five plus businesses that share the same lot for parking. Although it is only half of the lower Stanley Village, the parking does fill up. If visiting during June thru October... I recommend parking at the visitor's center that is across the street.

Four employees in an empty store. I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks. I received one and waited another 15 minutes for another one. 25 minutes total. Employees standing around, socializing. I finally spoke up and asked where the other drink was, only to find out they made it, placed it on the other side of the counter and not by the mobile order pick up counter where my first drink was. Then ignored me and didn't even bother to ask what I was waiting for or hand me the beverage. "I'm busy training someone" one woman said. "I just got here" said the other one, who was present at the store the whole time. Excuses and zero accountability. I had them remake both drinks because at that point both were lukewarm. They remade the wrong kind. So then they had to re-re-make them. Sweet lord. The store was empty, I can't even imagine how it looks like during rush hour. People want employment, business and tips but show zero pride in their jobs and zero interest in providing good customer service. Do better!

They close at 3PM everyday. There have been days that they are not open at all. The umbrellas are up and stuff was on the drive through window, all indicating they were open.Wasn't able to use points.This location, even though it's new and bright has a LOT of learning to do.Save your energy and choose a local coffee shop over this one

Really busy and understaffed. Also out of a lot of things. No grilled cheese. Food we did get was mediocre. People were very nice though.

I waited over 35 mins for my drink, and then when I got it, the syrup underneath was unfortunately not stirred into my drink, so I had to use a pencil in my car to stir it in.

Online it says they close at 4pm, the sign on the door said they closed at 3, but as we were 2 feet from the door, the employees locked the door at 2:51pm. Ridiculous as they were so busy.

Drinks were great as always. However, this location is having issues. We were there for the holiday weekend and they kept changing their closing hours and posting it on the door. One day it was 4:30 then the next it was 4:00. I'm not sure why. Anyway just go to the one that is right behind it at Safeway, they are open till 6 or 6:30.
Although they have posted hours, they seem to close whenever they feel like it. It is plainly posted on Google Maps and at the store that they close at 6 pm. I arrived just after 5 pm, looking forward to a nice latte, but they were closed, and it looked like they had been closed for some time. Pitiful.When you have posted hours you need to stick to your posted hours. Otherwise, your customers get the clear message that they cannot trust you.You should change your posted hours to: we are open whenever we feel like it.

Took my aunt to Estes, looking forward to a Starbucks the whole drive up. Waited to order for a bit and finally the young man says “Welcome to Starbucks but we’re now closed. There was a car in front of us that just ordered. It was shortly before 6:00pm and I asked when they closed.. stumbling over his words he said 5:30 today. Hmmmm..Disappointed 100%!!! Ruined our whole trip!
