The gluten-free pizza is excellent!

We made a reservation a few hours in advance and showed up about 15 minutes early. They seated us almost immediately which was nice. The wait staff were slammed and service was a little slow but otherwise fine. I ordered a large caesar salad, chicken marsala, italian sausage and an Arnold Palmer. My wife ordered the chicken marco polo.

The caesar salad was not what I expected. The dressing was fantastic but it was served with some type of soft leaf lettuce like arugula. I'm used to romaine lettuce.

The chicken marsala was served with spiral macaroni noodles instead of mashed potatoes. It was good but not what I expected.

My wife enjoyed her marco polo chicken. The artichoke hearts were tender and delicious.

Surprisingly the star of the show was the italian sausage. It was so soft and tender it melted like butter. It was arguably the best sausage I've ever had. I'd go back just for the sausage.

For dessert we ordered a classic cannoli which, to my surprise, came with two of them. They were pretty good.

My Arnold Palmer was fantastic too.

Right when I walked in the door I could feel the positive vibes of this place. Great smells and very friendly people. The food was great and we really enjoyed the leftovers the next day.

Food was excellent, and our waitress was fantastic. The restaurant is a reconditioned Pizza Hut from the '80s, which gave me some great nostalgia vibes as well.

Our current favorite restaurant! We live on the front range and visit multiple times per month. Great food & service at an affordable price.

Our pizza was great. We picked it up for carry out, but we're regretting we didn't sit down to eat when we smelled the garlic in the air.

Food we saw looked terrific too!
