This place is MASSIVE and would be a great venue to host a private party or meet up with a group of people. We went in the afternoon when it was more low key, but I could tell it gets pretty lively as the evening wears on.
The bar staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and could have been a good crew to kick it with. Alas, we did a one and done, and spent most of that time walking around the venue, taking it all in.
I'd definitely come back and try more on for size in the future.

Just hosted our son's wedding rehearsal luncheon at The Barrel over Memorial Day weekend and would highly recommend using them for your next event in Estes Park! We had indoor reservation for 60 people in a separated area inside, where we had food and tables, but it also had overflow areas inside & outside to utilize and mingle. Ingrid was the event coordinator, and Nate was the lead bartender; both did an amazing job making our event and people feel special. Food truck(s) and local restaurants are nearby for catering options.

Went here on Christmas Day. Talk about packed with fun and festivities. The staff was amazing and drink selection was great as well.
Bar only , no table service. Bingo night on Wednesdays is fun. You sit at picnic tables which are a bit tough on the butt after an hour or so. Looks like it is a common haunt for locals. Lots of games incl a pool table at no charge.

We love The Barrel, it's a religious stop for us after each hike in the area. We've tried other spots and are typically left disappointed, only to come back here each time
