Great service, awesome seeing the process as it’s made, decent speed. Awful tacos pastor. The pork had some weird mush on it, thing of boiling meat and skimming the surface, that was worked into it. The pico on there didn’t help, not enough cilantro. The tortillas were dissolving despite eating it just minutes after getting them. Really not great and threw away all but one.

Chicken Tinga, Birria, and steak tacos all good. Watched them cook my steak taco fresh in just a few minutes. Fresh cut up toppings were really good.
Some of the best tacos, quesadillas etc in Larimer County. Worth going on your way out of RMNP.

We were heading to a different restaurant when we saw Jeep Jeep Tacos and and decided tacos sounded good, so we stopped. We are so glad we did! Tacos were phenomenal as well as the service. Highly recommend!

Came here after some time at rocky national park and the tacos were so delicious, the green salsa had the perfect kick to and the whole place was clean, staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!
