All of our meals were excellent. I had the trout with polenta. Huge filet, great polenta and veggies. I am going to give special praise for one item. I drink only decaf coffee. Most restaurants, if they even serve it, don't care much about the quality. Here it was served at the table in a French press, and it was some of the best coffee I have ever had. The chocolate cheesecake was awesome also. My favorite meal during our trip to Estes Park, and there were a lot of excellent ones.
The place had a great atmosphere and everyone was so friendly!! Some of the food was good, the elk sausage was amazing, but my steak, while tasty was just okay, it was a little overdone and not a great cut of ribeye...

Now this place has a system down. Quick kitchen, staff and the atmosphere was great. The steak wasn’t the best, chewy, but the service and live music made up for it. And the bartenders are cranking out drinks like they’ve been doing it for 20 years. I would def recommend this place to people who want something not directly on the Main Street that will leave ya happy.

This cute, quaint little place fills up really quickly, so plan on early dinner.
The food was absolutely delicious (I'm a trout fan, and the lemon and herb butter was for me!), the server was great, and there was live music that was very enjoyable.
Great all around. Place is in a log cabin. Rustic vibe except for their merch on a couple walls and above the bar. Service was great. A guy was playing acoustic guitar and singing. I enjoyed a beer and stroganoff that was delicious. Had spicy corn dip and chips as an appetizer. Also, it's not in downtown Estes Park so no need to worry about traffic.
This restaurant is solid! The menu is a bit limited if you're vegetarian, but everything was fresh and the service was great.

Excellent and accommodating staff. Delicious food. We got the Rocky Mountain trout and Filet mignon and shared. Great atmosphere and good local music that was just the right volume so you could enjoy it and still have a conversation. I would definitely come back.
