All of our meals were excellent. I had the trout with polenta. Huge filet, great polenta and veggies. I am going to give special praise for one item. I drink only decaf coffee. Most restaurants, if they even serve it, don't care much about the quality. Here it was served at the table in a French press, and it was some of the best coffee I have ever had.

The place had a great atmosphere and everyone was so friendly!! Some of the food was good, the elk sausage was amazing, but my steak, while tasty was just okay, it was a little overdone and not a great cut of ribeye...

We really sampled what the area offered and this was our favorite meal. We both had the trout. The value was good, the food was tasty, the service was quick, and the music and ambiance were a great touch.
