We visited Cascades before in February and the visiting chef was tremendous. This trip we booked hoping for another great experience. First, we arrived and were told we would need to wait to be seated for our reservation so they could prepare a table. While we were waiting another couple walked up for a reservation and were seated immediately and then a group with no reservation walked up and were immediately seated. I complained and then we were seated. You shouldn't have to point out you have a reservation again to be seated ahead of walk ups. The food this time was sub-par and there was terrible kitchen management as the table next to us had 4 of the 8 entrees delivered 10 minutes before the others.

We were seated about 10 minutes behind but were greeted by our server promptly and the rest of the dinner was delightful. We finished our dinner in time to get outside to watch the Independence Day fireworks celebration.

A bit overpriced for what it is but the setting in the Stanley Hotel is super unique and food was good! Service was slow and we had to ask for things a few times (high chair, silverware, etc.) but overall it was a decent meal.

Good friendly service, tasty food, it was to noisy, large group next to us made it difficult to talk!

Absolutely impeccable! Filet and bourbon barrel pork were outstanding. Yanna went above and beyond as our server to make sure everything was perfect. Even when a 16 top sat next to us and the noise level went up we enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Overall a very good experience at a very nice historical hotel. Ala carte beef prices seemed a bit high from a value POV. Appetizers were a relatively good value !

Beautiful bar with a ton of options. I didn't see any ghosts, but the whiskey was good.

Another well packaged mediocre and overpriced food experience at the Stanley. The bar was great, well made drinks and nice staff. And as always the hotel atmosphere is beautiful and memorable, however the food was just average, overpriced for the quality and zero anything special.

A distinctly good place to lose your mind. I get why Jack was so entranced

The location is iconic, within the Stanley Hotel. The grounds were really nice and we walked around a little bit. Ended up at the whiskey bar for a drink. Cocktails and service were good. They have a whole binder of whiskeys, well it's more like a whole novel of different types of alcohol. Anyhow we had a fun time and it was a nice excuse to go visit the hotel for the evening.

We were very excited to bring visitors with us to experience The Stanley. Getting drinks at the bar and relaxing on the porch sounded perfect, but the only problem was the bartenders were too busy to acknowledge or serve us. After waiting for awhile and seeing a large group of people that walked up after us receive service, we decided to leave. Love the Stanley, but they need better and more service in the bar.

The drinks were good beautiful day enjoyed our friends and the drinks were great. We had to order from the bar and the bartender was slammed only one person and many customers the bar was full and the outdoor area pretty busy also. Only down fall wanted water and a straw with our drinks but no one to help us out

My husband and each had a great meal. He had the tri meat with venison, elk and bison. Delicious! I had the duck which was equally as delicious!

Great collection of Whiskey and Scotch, more than 300 to choose from. Not very many vegetarian food options though.

We didn't enjoy the food. He ordered dried out chicken and I ordered the fatty porkchop with zero flavor. Fingerling potatoes were good his cabbage stuff was good. Both of our drinks were horrible and couldn't be drank. More then half the dinner and all of yhe drinks were left when we got the check and we weren't asked if the dinner was OK they just cleared the table.
