We visited Cascades before in February and the visiting chef was tremendous. This trip we booked hoping for another great experience. First, we arrived and were told we would need to wait to be seated for our reservation so they could prepare a table. While we were waiting another couple walked up for a reservation and were seated immediately and then a group with no reservation walked up and were immediately seated. We were seated about 10 minutes behind but were greeted by our server promptly and the rest of the dinner was delightful. We finished our dinner in time to get outside to watch the Independence Day fireworks celebration.
A bit overpriced for what it is but the setting in the Stanley Hotel is super unique and food was good! Service was slow and we had to ask for things a few times (high chair, silverware, etc.) but overall it was a decent meal.
