Cashiers customer service sucks

This place has good products, but the lady who serves (the owner) has a very arrogant attitude toward people, but especially toward her employees. Today I went to buy seven avocados, a box of saladitas, and a small topo, and the lady couldn't serve me properly because she yelled at her employee.

Bad customer service. They charge you differently than the signs say... And they get upset when you call them out. The cashiers aren't friendly at all. Do a better job!

The people there especially the cashiers have no customer service what so ever! I don’t care if you’re the owner you smile and greet!

Good selection, but the customer service is horrible. The cashier is shifty, "giving out the wrong change" and the guy giving out meat always puts a pound or two more than desired

The old lady with the glasses is EXTREMELY rude. She has no customer service whatsoever and 0 respect for the customers. She overcharges and scans things you didn’t get, so pay attention to the screen when paying!! La doña siempre anda de pocas pulgas.

The prices are good and the quality of what they sell, there is only one lady with wavy hair who makes your day miserable, she always treats people very badly, just because of her sometimes many people don't go.

Meat quality is trash. Service is poor too! They make you feel like you’re a burden and there to annoy them. Seems like they forget you ate the one bringing them business and keeping them open. Only good thing I can say they have is the salsas. Do better

Be very careful when you go shopping, the lady who collects money doesn't give you the exact change, she always leaves you missing money in the change.

Always very bad experiences, the guy at the butcher shop is new and rude... and the cashier always has her face and the bad way of speaking to people......if you don't want to deal with people, don't look for this work type.

Toro bravo was an excellent restaurant that me and my family went to, had excellent chicken enchiladas with amazing toppings on them, awesome music, and fast and nice service, constantly checking in on us. Food was a 10 for everyone across the table. Must recommend, if visiting Maryland, super close to the airport as well.
