Toro bravo was an excellent restaurant that me and my family went to, had excellent chicken enchiladas with amazing toppings on them, awesome music, and fast and nice service, constantly checking in on us. Food was a 10 for everyone across the table. Must recommend, if visiting Maryland, super close to the airport as well.
I go out of my way to stop by here when I'm in the area. The marinated meats, salsas and dried chilis are WAYYYY better than anything you can get in a chain store. I don't speak Spanish but the people have always been nice to me and we've muddled through. If you like to cook, check this place out. I'm making a special trip there this weekend.
