Spent my entire lunch break waiting for one burger and a drink. Like clockwork every time I come here they tell me to park in a spot to wait for my food and then seem to forget for 15-20 mins

The food!! I just came home from this McDonalds Omg my snack wrap is old! It is so soggy I’m sad because I hadn’t ate all day and I was really looking forward to it! And for the rest of my food I get the meal deal and don’t give me my sandwich I should have checked my food but the fries are so soggy and cold I’m so sad!! The drive threw and person at the charge window were great no issues with that! But come one now my food is so disappointing

It is very common that they mess up orders. When I called for this the lady couldn’t understand me, cut me off when I was trying to explain to her that I needed a refund, then proceeded to walk away from the phone and left me there waiting for about 5 minutes. Never came back. I tried calling again but the line was disconnected.

What a weird situation, I order a hot and spicy with bacon I paid for and requested it to be a large meal, something I have done before. Well I was told I could only make my drink larger and have small fries!!!! And I come home and find out there’s no bacon in my hot and spicy. I asked why couldn’t I make my meal large of this is something I’ve done before and the lady didn’t give an answer aside from that she charge me some nuggets I didn’t request and she charged me for it!!! Like I’m thinking if she was high!!! She honestly seemed very out of it when taking my order. Maybe start hiring less younger kids.

Service is awful from front counter with the only help from a woman who couldn’t speak any English. Drive thru is just as bad since if you ask for anything special they ignore you completely and just send out whatever they want. I live right behind this place and if on the off chance I crave McDonalds, I’ll drive all the way over to 10th.

First review I’ve ever written online and almost didn’t for some reason, but we all deserve kudos when there’s an opportunity to give it. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the manager in the 7:00 hour tonight (assuming because he was in a navy button up dress shirt dressed differently than the rest) was prime example of top tier customer service. I placed a mobile order, confirmed on screen and was waiting to pull up to the window when I got a call that required me to get out of line and get home. I went back maybe 10-15 minutes later, my concept of time is trash. Went into the lobby, started to explain and he not only promptly remade the food, he said the order to me from memory including the mods before I even needed to tell him what it was supposed to be. He is tuned into and cares about his work and it shows. Thank you again for a pleasant experience amongst all the chaos in the world. Stay safe out there.

AVOID AFTER 9PM AT ALL COSTS!!! We got to the window and the worker started shoving stuff at me which wasn't ours so I said this isn't ours we have a mobile order. He asked what was on the order? So I told him and he said Hold on..... After a few minutes they told us to move up. Few more minutes then he comes and asks what was on the order!! 10-15 MORE minutes and he brought something out to another car so I said hey excuse me? Our order? His answer.....what was on it? {!!!!!!!} When it FINALLY came, my daughter's was wrong and she was the one starving. They forgot the drink so I said Dr pepper? He asked what size, and I said LARGE as I was so done with this! My daughter then said we're missing the other fry, so I let him know that when he came back. When we got home, we saw they also forgot my mom's honey mustard for her order, and my daughter's cheeseburger was cold, the meat (??) was burned to a crisp and a slice of cheese was just placed on top like it was just unwrapped and placed there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!

Order taker at drive thru couldn't understand what i was saying. Finally, order on screen was correct. Paid and they first gave me a small bag and closed the window then I had to wait for the until they opened the window to tell them they forgot half my order. After giving me the rest I pulled over check and sure enough was still missing 2 cheeseburgers. Had to go back though the drive thru and explained to them once again missing food and gave them the receipt then they rudely wanted me to hand over all my bags so they could make sure I wasn't lying, ridiculous. I wasted 10 more minute's waiting for 3 cars in front of me to get my 2 cheeseburgers and by time I made it home it wasssssss alllllll coldddddd.
Please hire workers that are not smoking vape pens while working, I interacted with 3 employees, and they all acted and looked high.
