We placed our order on the app for the first time. It never gave us a pick up time or let us know it was ready. After about an hour waiting we drove there to get our dinner. All around the building we had no cell service so we just went inside to get our food. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to help us and when they did, they had no record of our order but the money had been taken out of our bank account. We were able to talk to a manager and luckily she was nice enough to replace our order. I am never using their app again!!!!!

I sat in line for 45 minutes tonight because they messed up my food. I was missing a fry and didn't get bacon on my mcdubble. I had to call in to get someone to come back to the window. Then some, that by admission didn't even work there, came up asked for the burger back and added the smallest peace of bacon to the cold burger and gave me cold frys. This place is the worst.

Tonight I returned to get my missing sandwich from an order a few days ago. I'll admit for years I have become less and less a fan of Mickey Ds. Tonight may not have redeemed alllll my bad experiences... but I will give it to the young lady at the front counter and the gentleman of a manager. With a smile they were happy to help. Embarrassingly, I ordered a fry and drink to go with my sandwich and I realized I left my card at home. They were kind enough to still give me the full meal! Fresh french fries, fresh burger, and a tasty soda was a good ending to this story. I just want to say thank you! I appreciate your welcoming smiles and personalities. Keep up the good work. 😁

I will actually work near this McDonald's but actually going to the other further down. The morning staff is very rude and the lady who clean the tables always gives dirty looks to all customers. Dont feel very welcomed and never are the hashbrowns warm or crispy. Even when i wait for a long time for my order and use the app to order.

Website says open 24 hours but I don't believe they are I've went through the drive-thru a few times and no one would acknowledge nor was anyone at the windows to take my orders. So maybe they should change that on their website because it seems like faults advertising.

Came through the drive-thru tonight and ordered some family meals. Fries came out stale. No salt. Drove all the way home which keep in mind is like almost a Kersey and to find missing two sandwiches and nuggets and had nasty old stale fries. Go figure for this McDonald's.
The only complaint is they could fill the fries up more.
