They forgot half of the food of my family and I ordered and when we ordered the drinks they forgot one of the drinks and all of the straws and the bread was stale and the fries are burnt and we asked them for medium fries they gave us small fries and didn’t give us the wrong drinks and no sauces when we clearly asked for ranch and ketchup and bbq sauce

This store is the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to in my entire life!!!! Do not go!!!!!! Drive the extra 5 minutes or more to go to a different one. This place needs new management. The general manager is completely disrespectful and rude to customers-she actually yelled at me at the drive thru. She needs to be fired, so so soooooo unprofessional. My 16 year old son would do a better job at running this place. It is the worst customer service I have ever had. Alycia seriously need to get another job because she must hate her life here (I would too), she is always in a bad mood and a straight up b....I see all the DoorDash orders sitting on the counter-all the dashers are there waiting and the food is getting cold because she won't hand it to the dasher. I see the gentleman who owns this place there sometimes (I hope he sees this, so he can know how it is when he isn't there) they do great when he is there, and unacceptably horrible when he isn't. When the cats away, the mice will play, and you will suffer for it.
