It was really busy on a cold night, place was packed, and they seemed to only have three people working so I'm going to cut SOME slack here, but the reason I am leaving two stars is because my lady and I were not only served incorrect orders (both orders of pho were entirely wrong, and they forgot our order of steamed dumplings only to bring out fried dumplings later) but we were served LONG after other people came in after us. To top it all off, I found two hairs in my broth and they still went ahead and charged me full price. Believe it or not, the food was actually tasty, but the fact that they didn't do anything to compensate the poor service is why I am leaving a bad review. Had they gone above and beyond to correct the wrongs, this post would not be here.

In our group we had a P6, a P10, grilled chicken fried rice, steamed chicken dumplings, fried chicken dumplings and grilled chicken spring rolls. Everything was fantastic! The broth for the Pho was on point! We are definitely going back.

Wow, first time to have a meal at New Pho here in Greeley. Amazing really, ingredients so fresh, the broth, terrific, better than mom ever made! Super clean, service was both attentive and friendly. Truly a gem in N Colorado. Do yourself a favor enjoy a healthy, great tasting refreshingly authentic meal at New Pho!

Everything I ate was delicious! Shrimp spring roll app, fried shrimp app, combination plate and the brisket pho were all packed with flavor and very filling. We’ll be back for sure. Food and service was quick too.
My wife and I stopped by yesterday for lunch and for an appetizer we got the meat and shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce that were delicious. She ordered the grilled meat noodle bowl with chicken and shrimp. She thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the meatball pho and it was very good. My only slight complaint was that the meatballs were a little chewy but they tasted good though. Great service as well!

Great little gem of a restaurant! I saw it as I drove by and decided to give it a try, I was not disappointed, the owner recommended the steak and brisket phò, it was the best I’ve ever eaten.The owner cooks the bone broth 10 hours, the love and care cooked into it is obvious. I chose the small, it was so much food I had enough leftover for dinner. The service was wonderful, the place was pristine clean. I am going back again with my family. Try it, you’ll love it.

Me and hubby came here for 1st was bomb!! Everything was delicious. We got vegetarian pho and shrimp rockets along with jackfruit milk tea loved it will be back!!
