Palominos has been my go to place several times a week. Before Pandemic my husband and I came several times each week. He died from covid 19 in April 2020. As soon as opened again I was back. Joseph - Pedro - Asia - Lainey and Shannon They are all awesome and beyond.

Ordered takeout for 2. Total amount was nearly 50.00. Salad not good at all, tortilla soup very expensive for a small cup, the flavor was not good. Colorado burrito very meh!

Food is amazing depending on what you get. We order take out from here a lot and when I order the carne asada fries it’s always a different size box. Different portions same price wtf mate. That’s no bueno.

I am basing my review on the last 3 times I've been to Palominos in Evans. The last 2 times the burrito was barely half full. Tonight they weren't serving diet because they're having trouble with Pepsi and they don't want to pay for the service call.......ummmm that is the cost of doing business. Tonight I ordered the combination with the cheese and sour cream enchilada. The enchilada was barely thicker than it would be if you didn't put any cheese inside and there was no sour cream on the inside or the outside of the enchilada. I told the manager and she said there is a strip of sour cream on the inside............ummmmm no! She did get me some sour cream, but what I wanted was integrity. I don't care what you charge me for my meal as long as I'm getting a meal. We're not going back to the one in Evans anymore, even though it's less than 10 minutes from my house. What food there was did taste great, so this is really unfortunate.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. My husband and I stopped by for lunch this past Tuesday. I ordered carne asada and told the waiter that I wanted it well done. When he handed me my plate the meat was very raw inside. The waiter was very kind and took my plate back to replace the meat but again he gave me my food and told me if I can make sure the meat is well done, but again it was red and bloody. Additionally, my husband ordered a steak which the portion was extremely small and was very dry and black. We practically paid $35 for one order and two sodas. I finally returned the plate and left to find another place to eat.

This is one of favorite Mexican restaurants! Typically every Sunday after church I’ll stop by here and order the Palomino burrito with steak. The portions are very large, the flavor is spectacular, and the food always comes out so fast and tastes the same every time. Plus the staff is always friendly and willing to offer suggestions. 10/10 would recommend trying this place if you haven’t yet
