I really don't like how they short cut there drinks but charge more now. The drinks should have flavor and fruit. There limeades have no limes, or strawberries. I guess I was just spoiled when I lived in DFW where they make there drinks right and take pride in there restaurant.

The Evans store is HORRENDOUS AND PATHETIC...service is non-existent with managers who can't add or subtract....I'm never going back..they can't even keep the drive-thru moving we all spend 30minutes in line..then I get my blast with NO CANDY ...then a pathetic thing called an employee called me names...corporate needs to shut this store down..not even worth a star

Sonic is always a hot spot. I appreciate the happy hour drinks, love the ice and a variety of great food on the menu.
These guys work! It is always busy and in addition to the stalls they have a drive through.

I went there 01/12/2025 at 9:45pm I understand they are about to close. However, as I was waiting at the box to order A cup of crushed ice for my pregnant wife the workers turned off all of the lights ( at about 10:50pm) and laughed as I drove past the drive through window.

I ordered fo9d 9n my mobile app thinking I had one errand to run and would be over to get my food. Sadly didn't go as planned and I was over an hour late. Instead of giving me the food cold they had me wait to make it fresh. As a busy mom who never had enough t8me for anything...this crew being understanding and thoughtfull to offer to make it fresh so our meal was enjoyable was a simple but big act of kindness. It wasn't their fault I was late...but they were kind and professional Kudos to the crew and the young man who helped me.

Went through drive thru and they turned mic off before we were done ordering.Tryed to finish order at window wouldn't do it because receipt was already printed We won't be back
Went here 12-12-24 around 1030pm. Great customer service food was hot and the smasher burger was pretty good. Strawberry lemonade was perfect. And tried the new Paris Hilton drink. Great job guys

I went in tonight for a simple milk shake. The girl at the register was so rude and condescending. She made it all too obvious that she did not want to be there working. Her attitude was such a let down that we just ended up leaving without anything. Do better! 12/10/2024 @ 6:30pm

The mic doesn't work in the drive thru so when you go to order you have to shout and if they don't hear you then it's your fault. The last five times I've been here they've gotten my order wrong or have had terrible customer service, very rude employees.
