I ordered through the app and it said it was on the way and it never came! I then proceeded to push the button and tell them the situation and they brought out my friends order but then mine never came again!! So frustrated with the service!! Like get it together it is not that hard!!

I asked for Onions for my chili dog. No onions. Didn't seem like the bun was heated. The hot dog had a ton of relish. But the corn dogs were so good.

I'm literally actively misscarrying and I just wanted a blast and chilli cheese Connie. My husband did an online order so I can pick it up. I arrived at 5:04PM and didn't get my pick up order u til 5:42PM. I literally had to physically go into the store and ask where my order was. A teen boy swore he brought it out and it was sitting on the tray. I have been calling to ask for a refund and they won't answer the phone.

Went there to get two limeade and they messed it up twice. Then another girl who worked there came out with the newly made limeaidsAnd gave us an attitude. Service SUCKS, workers attitudes are disrespectful.
This sonic is definitely better than the other one in town. There are times when the experience isn't 100%, but it's always more reliable than 10th street's consistent 0%.
