Service was awesome. The lady who took our order was very professional. But for $18, I expected more on their drinks. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato, there was no flavor, it was literally the caramel drizzle and water. Disappointed. My daughters lavender London fog was pretty much waterdown milk.

This is my favorite coffee spot, hands-down! The vibe of the people who work there is always immaculate, they're friendly, knowledgable, and it's been seriously wonderful getting to know the local baristas as they change.

Good coffee when the baristas listen to your order. We used to love this place and the last few times going our order isn’t correct. Throwing ice into a hot made coffee isn’t the same as a cold coffee. Probably just head to the Starbucks across the street now

I love their Snickers granita. It's a cold coffee drink topped with whipped cream and a coffee bean. Tasty and delicious.
The girls that work there are absolutely AMAZING! They aren't just workers, they're friends that brighten my day any time I go there. These girls always have a smile and a welcoming heart! Thanks to these girls for making my mornings! And yes the coffee is amazing too!

You will always feel greeted here! The food items are delicious and many are locally sourced. Coffee, tea, smoothies... Whatever you get will be an absolute treat! Beyond that, the menu is much more diverse than most coffee shops, and you can really invent almost anything with the ingredients they stock. Going back to service... There have been times in my life when the therapy of consistently friendly, happy faces was even better than the treats they serve.

Tipping Culture has ruined everything. Unfortunately paying $5+ for a single cup of coffee is already enough of an expense, adding on the social pressure of asking for a tip on top of that is not something customers like feeling. I used to be happy to tip when not asked, not I feel pressured every single purchase to tip so I have taken my business elsewhere now.
