So I am usually a Dutch bros girrl by chance we were at Sam's and the human bean was across the street.we got invited for dinner and I wanted a ice water with flavored syrup.in my mind I get it at Dutch its under three bucks.so I tell the girl just a large water with strawberry flavoring.no fancy water she hands it to me and it was lmost 7 bucks for that I could of ordered a drink.there will never be a next time there.7 bucks for ice water my fault for not asking but 7 bucks.and I ask the girl that much for ice water with flavoring she said yea.last time I will ever go there.

The food is good, even though the items I want are rarely actually in stock. Every drink I buy that is mocha based, no matter what the flavor is supposed to be, tastes like mocha. I tried the peppermint mocha with cherry. Only mocha. Gave up on the peppermint drink last year. And if you ask for a stronger flavor, you get to pay for it. I only still go because my kids get the same drink every time. And it's mocha based.

Atleast open the window and tell me you’re closed instead of giving me a dirty look and ignoring me . It’s not hard to tell me your closed and I would have apologized for going instead of waiting for several minutes waiting for a response . Thank you .

Happy birthdayyyyyy, Junoooooo. Is all I heard from my car. At first I thought it was really cool. And I get it... we 💯have to celebrate each other. However, it was my BFs birthday GIFT CARD that we used to get our drinks (almost $20) and we were definitely disappointed.
My order had two drinks and both were wrong. Im not a coffee snob either. So, I was super sad... cause, they didn't taste good. His good fortune granita most definitely was missing protein. Also, asked for no whipped cream... he got whipped cream that we ended up scooping off.

Service was awesome. The lady who took our order was very professional. But for $18, I expected more on their drinks. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato, there was no flavor, it was literally the caramel drizzle and water. Disappointed. My daughters lavender London fog was pretty much waterdown milk.
