I'm a regular at this location. I did a mobile order for my usual Loconut but forgot to add heavy cream. When I pulled up to the window the sweet barista asked if I meant to leave it out. When I said no, she quickly added it in for me. Such a small gesture but really made my day that she remembered that small detail. Excellent customer service.

When I came in a didn’t feel welcomed at all. I was waiting for my order and literally had to wait 20 mins. This is not good customer service at all. I love this location but there’s a new barista that doesn’t check customers reward points and cash’s you out before you can tell her you’d like to redeem them. I’ve never not had a barista ask me if I’d like to use them. Tbh accumulating them isn’t easy so when you do…it definitely is a reward. I love to tip my baristas when they show they’re looking out for the customers.

Don’t go to this ziggis tbh there’s an older lady that is always at the window not friendly more of a passive aggressive personality always has a comment about my order and last time I seen her put my sandwich in the paper wrapper after she hesitated and look at it…yea well when I opened it it looked like half the bread was bitten off it was also super soggy anyway, to sum it up, I will not be coming back to the Ziggy‘s. I’ll just go out of my way to another one, I never have bad experiences like the one in Evans, more because I always get that lady if it was somebody else like the other Ziggis, yes I’d go back, but I’m not gonna take a chance to get her at the window
If you are looking for something tasty to drink this would be my choice. They have everything to a basic cup to my favs which are Blenders. Blender=frozen coffee. My fav is coffee toffee with an extra shot of espresso and whipped cream!
