Lord this place is good! Like legit, better than my dinner last night (that I paid way too much for). How has Green Leaf been in business and we didn’t know about?!?!?! We have been eating sad, gas station sandwiches for the past two years and could have been eating fresh, organic bliss. So silly.

Future us is thrilled to have a healthy food stop at the perfect distance between Denver/Boulder and the mountains! ❤️

All of the lunch bowl dressings are vegan except the Southwest bowl dressing has honey. My husband and I had the Mykonos and Funky Buddha bowls with tofu and avocado added. They were amazing with flavor, especially the seasoned tofu! The owner was very friendly and helpful regarding vegan options. They’re only open weekends and are located near the Dollar Store as a food truck with some picnic tables available

Delicious food, quick and easy stop along the road. Nice to have something so tasty, healthy, and convenient right off the highway. Highly recommend!
