Was on a long hike an probably about midway through I just couldn’t stop thinking about how much I wanted a good Za, NOT even 10 minutes into my drive BOOM the best pizza in park CO 10 outta 10!!

Passing through Fairplay, we happened to stop at Ace and the smell of wood fired pizza was incredible from the pizza trailer so on our way back through town made a point to stop and get a pie. It was so good, hot and fresh, plus super friendly dudes. Looking forward to the next time I have to go through Fairplay just to stop here again!

Finally tried this, and now I wish I had a lot sooner. It is very good pizza. He was very busy today and up front about how long it would take. It was worth the wait. All the things and Jalapeño cheez bread. I hope it moves inside the old brewery, this would be great pizza to eat fresh, 20min drive back home but it was still great.

This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. And I’m a pizza connoisseur. I wish I would’ve taken a photo, but we ate the whole thing so quickly. We will definitely make this one of our regular stops in Fairplay.

Holy hell - this place is incredible! I have a new pit stop every time I head to Salida.
I'm very confused by all the 5 star reviews. Not sure if we came on a bad day but the pizza was just not good. I ordered a 10 inch hot honey and it was kind of a floppy grease pile even though we ate it right away. I love a greasy New York style pizza but you need a strong chewy crust to hold up. The crust I got was very soft and bland and had zero chew to it, so it had no chance of holding up to the amount of sauce and cheese on top. My wife got a margherita and said it was very meh, looked pretty wet and floppy as well. I feel bad they seemed very nice but I would have rather eaten a frozen pizza.
