The Blue Corn Whiskey is aurprisingly like a rye whiskey.
The traditional Bourbon is much smoother and worth a stop.
The Wheat Bourbon is good, but traditional is better.
The moonshine (white whiskey) is alright, but nothing really sets it apart ...

What a gem! Sam and Kirby are fantastic mixologists and super fun guys! Superb smoked old fashioned, excellent whiskey sour, and their current special “fire on the mountain” is like a jalepeño margarita made with whiskey! Great atmosphere, friendly folks, we can’t wait to go back! Meanwhile we brought a bottle home 😁
The bartenders were both so kind and knowledgeable! We ordered a snitch and parson brown and they were fantastic! It’s worth it to drive out to FairPlay just to visit this place.
