9/9 3pm. Traveling through and the most awkward experience happened. No hi welcome to Subway. No greeting just a heavy sigh and a sad look. We waited patiently as there was people a head of us. By the time we got up to the counter the dude just says “we only have wheat and flat bread.” I wasn’t gonna order after that as I wanted a cheese bread for my sandwich (how does a sandwich shop don’t have bread?) but my family got theirs and they were horrible. With little protein placed in the sandwich and stale bread to munch on we’re so disappointed and hangry after. We know they’re minimum wage but they could at least do the minimum job.

Nice guy working behind the counter, quickly got all of our sandwiches made correctly even though they were busy. Good sandwich, nice people what more could we expect.

Closed 2 hours early and wasn’t open the next day. There’s very very few selection in fairplay that is not sitting down so I was not pleased.

Good food but the person making my sub seemed preoccupied with everything else and went very slow. Her co-worker was helping. Also they were out of olives. The sandwiches were fine it just took a long time.

They stated that they are on a work slow down. Took 20 minutes for them to make one sandwich. Manager came over and asked if they needed help and they told him no. Manager has no clue they are even performing the work slow down.

Don't know how many times I have gone into this subway and they don't have any bread. It's a sandwich shop. How do you not have bread.

I'm not rating this one overall. I'm rating this versus other Subways. This one is in a busy gas station, probably the only place in town that resembles fast food. It's slow, and there was a white guy yelling about how white people are offended by his whiteness. I think he was an employee of the gas station, too.

Stand in line for 15 minutes only to be told when my turn was up that they had to make a phone order and it would be a 10 minute wait. 8 other people were standing in line at the time as well. With the sniffling guy behind the counter desperately trying not to drip snot onto the food, I was probably the lucky one that day actually.

Nicest guys ever!

To the guys with the ink on his face and the guy with the blonde beard and glasses. Best costumer service I've ever had at any subway. Keep up the great work even when the costumers are rude and impatient.

Who could expect much from a gas station subway in a little Colorado mountain town? I was totally wrong. The food was fine, exactly what you expect from subway. However the staff were amazing. It was two younger gentlemen, and i regret not checking their names. They were having a blast. Genuinely excited to chat with customers, keep the line moving and have fun. I never thought I'd use the title "sandwich artist" un-ironically but the man who made my sandwich had this awesome technique of fanning the lunch meat out like a deck of cards. It was hilarious, and actually way faster than the traditional way. Very cool, way cooler than making a sub had any right to be.

The sandwich was pretty good, there was one friendly person and 2 that could have cared less if I was there... Then I was charged $4 extra for my sandwich sandwich and drink and chips drink and chips. $17.70 for a foot long, drink and chips. He did correct it down to $13.30, but Subway used to be the place to go for a good deal and now it costs way more than it's worth, no more Subway for me
