The Middle Fork Restaurant at the Fairplay-Valiton Hotel

Very authentic Fu Zhou Cuisine. We passed by Sitiawan while cuti2 Malaysia, and had our lunch at this restaurant. The place is clean, very friendly services, and also the foods were very very nice, especially the Fu Zhou Red Wine Mee Suah. My mom all time favourite. Will definitely come again next time

Food in big portion and cheap, staff friendly, sharing handmade

Amazing and friendly customer service from Madam Cindy Liew who helped me to host a very successful wedding dinner for my son. All my guests and I enjoyed ourselves with the good food, good service and lovely environment. Thank you, Cindy.

Do not eat here. Frozen chicken pot pie from marie callendars. 14$ they didnt even take it out of the tv dinner dish.

We had pot roast, mashed potatoes, & green beans with a roll. It looked different than I expected, but actually tasted good. Service was average. Overall, an adequate meal.

Valiton is more like a Bed & Breakfast and as such it's quite alright. Friendly people, ok bed and decent breakfast. Dinner and live music in the resturant was good. Fast and friendly service

Essentially a burger restaurant but cooked to order and tasty. The wine is good value and the whole is reasonably priced.

After a friendly greeting from the staff, we found the Miners' Burger delicious... But all our burgers were well-done regardless of how we asked them to be cooked. The green chili sauce provided enough moisture to keep the meat tasty, though.

Went during lunch. Food was good and service was good. Prices are okay. Would probably go back to the restaurant.
