We picked up our order in the drive thru and didn't check the bag. When we got home, we realized some things were missing. I called the store and Beck was super friendly and told me to come back and they would remake my order. While I was waiting they offered me a drink and an apple turnover. I'm actually pretty impressed with a fast food place going above and beyond to make it right.

Drive AArone was Pleasant and great upbeat. He was courteous and polite. He asked me how my day was. I told him I went Christmas shopping for my dogs. We talked about dogs. And he was making me fresh potato cakes, which I thought was very nice of him.I would highly recommend coming to this place

Yummy steak nuggets. I ordered the bowl and the sandwich both. Exceeded taste expectations. Dawn was great and smiley. Even some leftovers.

Went through the drive thru today, 14 sep 2025. Guy on the intercom was extremely unprofessional. Just kept saying hello (5 or 6 times). When I said can you hear me he said no. I could hear people in the background yelling at him, I believe they were saying Hunter. I pulled to the window to see what was going on when another employee came to the windows to apologize. I asked what's going on and he said the other guy keeps getting on the mic and messing around. I chose not to get food as the people playing around would be the same making my food.
I went through the drive through. It was a quick painless process.

3rd time ordered from a delivery service. 3rd time you don't read orders. First 2 times you gave us the wrong orders completely. This time there was no Arby sauce but 10 packets of ketchup. How hard is it? I will never give you another penny.
