Stopped by Chipotle for a pickup order during the dinner rush, and Hunter and Gabriel were working incredibly hard to keep up with all the orders. Even though it was busy, you could see they were working hard and had positive attitudes while doing.

Incompetence is the best word to describe this location and their staff. Maybe you all need eye exams? I don't know, but reading a ticket order...is not hard :)

I got food poisoning from you guys and ended up in the emergency room where they confirmed it. I have never been so sick in my life. This is the nastiest and dirtiest location I have ever seen. My order wasn't ready for the chipotlane and so he told me to go to the back of the car line. I went to the back of the car line and 20 minutes after my promised time it texted me it was ready so I went in and he had gloves on touching the window, register, food line, bags, etc. I watched the girl drop food on the very dirty counter and pick it up and put it back in the bowl. There was trash all over the ground. Lids, food, napkins, forks, the prep line was so dirty like they hadn't cleaned all of their shift. I will never be back. You should avoid this location. Cleanliness is not a priority for them!!

Im a d re livery person who does deliveries fir doordash, uber, grubhub 90% of the time I go in and i get told that the order isnt foing to be started at least 30 minutes from the time I step in. You arw the only restuarant that does this. You cannot expect a driver delivering for a customer to wait 30 minutes for thier order and then deliver it. Time is miney for us. I took one yesterday for $9 i accepted the actual delivery up on rex and drove down to be told It wont be started for another 20 minutes. Just make it!!! We haven't got time to stand around. Time is money for us. I for one will be rejecting any Chipotle deliveries in the future

Not a well run restaurant. The kitchen is a messy, disorganized disaster. They apparently don't cook enough to keep up with the customer demand, either. They are always out of multiple items.

Absolutely awful. First sight when approaching the counter to order, was rice thrown literally all over the prep tables in the kitchen while staff continue to stack dishes on the rice mess. Second, the woman preparing my bowl had gloves on, but used the same pair for everything she touched, and they were soiled and gross before she started. Highly unhygienic. The line itself was so messy that the bottom of my bowl was caked with food and disgusting. And to top it off, the top of my bowl was smeared with sour cream from her nasty gloves!!!! The fajita vegetables were pretty much entirely raw, and I ended up with was a literal half of a bell pepper because the prep was so sloppy. Will never go back. There seriously needs to be an adult somewhere on shift.

Normally visit this location due to proximity. 02 dec 2025 at around 645 standing in line for about a half hour only to find nothing ready. There was no steak no carne asada no guacamole. And nothing on the way. Wasted my half hour. There was chicken and more chicken on grill but no steak. Seems that with 8 workers and only to people preparing they couldnt get the chance to figure out there were out of meat. Someone need to step up in charge at this place and get it together. Very disappointing.

stopped here on the way to Colorado springs. and it's extremely salty, doesn't taste right for 17$ almost can't eat it because it's like biting into a salt packet. 🤮 won't come here again

Steak is grisly and tough. Burrito bowls are always cold. It doesn't matter if we eat it in or take it to go. It is cold. It's not even luke warm but like it's been sitting out for hours.

This place is not a great chipotle. I had a full long hair in my quesadilla. And the wrong meat was given on my burrito bowl. The wait took forever in their “chipotlane” and the staff wasn’t very friendly. Highly recommend going to a different chipotle.
