Steak is grisly and tough. Burrito bowls are always cold. It doesn't matter if we eat it in or take it to go. It is cold. It's not even luke warm but like it's been sitting out for hours.

This place is not a great chipotle. I had a full long hair in my quesadilla. And the wrong meat was given on my burrito bowl. The wait took forever in their “chipotlane” and the staff wasn’t very friendly. Highly recommend going to a different chipotle.

We just ordered DoorDash from this location. The food was haphazardly thrown into the delivery bag before it was sealed up. The cold drinks were put directly on top of the hot food. The burrito wasn’t even fully wrapped up, so the tortilla was completely exposed on one side. The food was very cold upon arrival, most likely from the cold drinks that were placed directly on top.

managerial wise this place is awful. why are we, as grown adults, getting angry at a young crew member for not coming in for one day, yet just a few weeks prior not scheduling them for a week, then for that full week begging for them to come in?? rely on your own skills during a bad rush, not on a teenager at his first job. you were made a manager because youre better than the crew members. absolutely ridiculous GREG. customer service and staff treatment do not exceed eachother. if you want to be angry at kids, be a basketball coach.

This location is THE best. They are always quick, the food always tastes really fresh and the portion sizes are on point. I'll never go to another Chipotle! I don't get any of these negative reviews, I have been plenty of times and EVERY single time it's AMAZING! The workers are kind, it's just 10/10 all around.

This is my favorite chipotle in Colorado! This location has never forgotten anything in my order and the food always tastes great! Even when I have ordered for delivery they don’t forgot anything, especially the dressing. I always get the salad and the vinaigrette dressing is a must! The food always tastes fresh and packed with flavor. I do pickup orders from here and I love how quick their drive through line is, I have never had to wait long for my food. So glad to have this location close to home.

Disappointed with the service at this location. Got double rice, pretty sure we got less than normal. Which turned out to work out considering half the rice was hard as a literal rock. To top it off, we got about 1/4 bag of chips to go with the brown quac. I’d recommend going to a different location, definitely worth the drive elsewhere.

We eat at Chipotle often and usually enjoy the food—it’s fresh, flavorful, and consistent. However, this visit was disappointing. The chips were stale and tasted very old, which really took away from the meal. I tried to request a refund through the app, but the bot simply responded that the chat was closed. That lack of support was frustrating. Hoping this was just a one-off issue, but it definitely left a sour note this time.
