My party of three were the only done in guests tonight. We were served cold hamburgers and apologized to for the wait. The wait for cold food. Ordered custard. After 15 minutes I go to the front to ask where our desert was. It was prepared and just sitting there. All melty. Needless to say this is not the same Culvers that I remember when it first opened. The night crew needs some adult supervision. Do t recommend and we will not be back. To much competition in Falcon now to be providing such horrible food.

Not your usual fast food fare, with a good selection of food options to choose from that should meet most people's appetites. Good burgers and other hot sandwich options. Definitely recommend.

So look, its a fast food place run by kids, they are literally doing the best they can, and they are very kind and very nice and just want people to leave happy. We stopped by this evening at 8pm, nice young man running the window, 3 or 4 other people hustling to get everyone's food made. Please, people of Falcon, stop being so rude to these kids who are working on a Saturday night, doing their best.

I get the cost of running a business is expensive and food cost fluctuates ,but come on not a up charge for Tomatoes on you hamburger 30 cents okay sure I paid it for both burger, then another 50 cents for I ranch to go with my cheese curds. Geez I thought they came with a sauce. Okay price of eating out I guess but to get home and see this pitiful top piece of tomato on my hamburger. Quality of food has totally gone downhill at this location.

We placed an order at the table. We received our ice cream very quickly, but after almost twenty minutes, the rest of our food hadn't arrived. The restaurant was not terribly busy during our visit.

I went to the counter, and after much confusion, one of the staff members realized that the rest of our order was never processed. I received a half hearted apology and another five minute wait until our food arrived.

Then we discovered we were missing some fries and sauce, so I went back up to the counter. This time, the staff member seemed annoyed, and I received no apology.

I completed the online survey and asked to be contacted about this experience. I never received any follow up. Instead, they had the audacity to spam my email with ads, even though I specifically unchecked that box when submitting my survey. I realize that the survey and email issues are corporate and not local, but my review is for our local experience.

The food was fine, nothing special. The ice cream was good. The service was terrible.

12 dollar overcharge. 30 dollars for a 2 piece fish dinner. I left a message with no response. I'm calling out your dishonesty at a time it is needed in our country. Your customers deserve better from you. I gave Culvers ample time to respond and they did not so please dont leave a message on your review saying how sorry you are. Do better Culvers!!!

I gave low stars to service cause when I went in to let them know my soda had to much carbonation the older lady on oxygen said rudely that there was nothing she can do and said she would tell the manager. When she told the manager he said the same thing. I had to ealk out before I lost my temper. There was a young lady behind the register who apologized for what just happened. I use to work food service and know when to much carbonation happens it means the syrup for that drink is low or out.

The food was okay but expensive and skimpy the Fry's were also burnt a little, the worst thing is the time waiting for the food, was there for over 10 minutes waiting and there's only one other car behind me.

The people were fantastic.
Got the cod and it was excessively greasy. One order was not cooked, because the pieces melded into each other, and had to be returned. When that was brought back out, it was so hot and dripping grease. The bite just tasted like grease, not fish.
The bacon on the garlic aioli burger was nice and crispy. That was a pleasant experience on a good burger.
As a couple of people in our family get fish a lot, this really brought the experience down. You may need to be careful with that order. The burgers, chicken tenders, and cheese curds were all great.

We had an awesome experience last night! The food was delicious, as usual and Austin was an AMAZING customer service rep! He was so friendly, professional and sweet. He was very concerned about getting an order correct for a gluten allergy! That is not usually a concern at most walk up counters!
He went above and beyond! Thank you Austin ❤️

Culver’s never fails. Burgers were great. Crinkle fries are my favorite! I tried the seasonal special custard salted caramel pumpkin custard and loved it. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunny day
