I love Culver's so much but today may have changed that. This place has a problem with ranch. Whenever you ask for ranch its a gamble to see if you'll actually get it. I asked for extra ranch and we didn't get it. We got one ranch. It was my sister's. I was CRAVING this ranch so I used that ranch before knowing it was my sister's. Once I was done I knew. My sister is scary when she doesn't get her Culver's buttermilk ranch. I am currently writing this hiding in a closet from her because of how angered she is to not have her ranch. All of this could've been avoided if we got one extra ranch. That moment of pure joy I had with that ranch was quickly crushed when my sister found out she didn't get her ranch. The way she looked at me... the pure rage in her eyes. My dog liked the fries though. That's a plus. She did her little tippy tap dance. I love my dog.

Chelsey gave me incredibly bad customer service. Half of the order was missing and made me argue with her in the lobby for a refund.

Greeted immediately upon walking in, cashier patiently waited for us to put in our order, and all customer service was pleasantly exceptional. Order came out quickly. Everything was correct and tasty. Seating area and bathrooms were clean. Good value and well maintained.

Extremely disappointed with this Culver's I've eaten at Culver's all over the country is the first time I've had a hamburger that has been so dry and overcooked I couldn't hardly eat it my tomato I don't know where they got it but it was hardly a tomato so green I couldn't believe it no condiments were given on my hamburger I had to get up and get them very disappointed in this Culver's I'm used to giving cold with other places five stars I just couldn't do it here

We usually love Culvers, raised in Osseo, WI. This time we were the only ones in the place, and not one drive up while we were there. I got a single butter burger with onion rings and hubby got a cup of chili and a banana shake. Burger was way overcooked, practically burned and cold, onion rings were overcooked, cold, and chewy, and went in the trash. They certainly had the time to do a better job. Both tasted like they had been cooked days before and just reheated. Chili was good.

Update: Spoke w the manager. She was uninterested to receive feedback on the customer experience at her restaurant.
