We came in at 9:15 pm to order food. The entire staff was extremely rude when the lady brought our tray over to us. She slammed it down on the table, and when we asked to make sure our daughter was getting her custard with her meal, they complained about it because they had already cleaned the custard machine. And the lady who slammed our tray down was the manager.

Wednesday, Sept. 17, 7:50 PM MDT. An hour ago I ordered food, after a 20 minute wait in the drive thru at Culver’s in Falcon, Colorado. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and French fries. I asked for one sandwich to put tartar sauce in the side. I was charged $.55 for that request. No big deal. What was really disgusting is the $3.39 order of French fries were COLD.. DISGUSTING after I waited another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be given to me waiting in the parking lot!! i.e - I waited over a half hour to get cold, soggy disgusting French fries that I paid $3.50 (after tax) for. The employees working right now as I write these words know me ….. I’m the guy, frustrated about how long I had to wait in the drive thru, that walked in.. slammed these disgusting French fries on the counter and made a big scene about the $hitty food and service I waited 30 minutes to receive. Again,,, Sept. 17, 2025… 7:00 PM MDT.. Culver’s, 414, Falcon, Colorado. Just please… provide me some, at least decent, French fries I spent $3.50 and waited 30 minutes for??? Is that asking too much????

Honestly one of my less favorite places in falcon purely because of the ridiculous wait times. Stopped in the drive through at 2pm on a Monday very slow no other cars in the drive through . Didn’t receive a number for my order and my receipt only printed halfway. After watching other vehicles that ordered after me receive their food and leave I informed the lady bringing out orders I had not received a number, after waiting long enough they bring out my food but drop it to the ground steps before my car. There is no reason for it to take even close to a half hour for drive through food.

Dear Culvers, when somebody orders a bacon dutter burger plain they want the bacon and cheese on it. My son orders this often, each time they leave off the bacon. We called this store and left a message, no response. It's too bad as we love the food.

This is one of our favorite places for lunch. They offer a pretty complex menu, with many choices. As a former employee of Culver's, I can attest that it's a pretty safe place to eat. That being said, I am a little concerned with the deteriorating cleanliness. Back when I worked for Culver's, everyone cleaned when we had no customers. It was kept squeaky clean. Sadly, it does not appear that way now. It's not necessarily dirty, it's just not as polished as it used to be. The entry doors and dining windows are in need of some attention. Otherwise, this is still a great place to eat.
I see why this location gets bad marks. Was the only customer in line at the drive through and the place had just opened. No other customers. Ordered fish sandwich meal with cheese curds, large ice tea, shrimp and a burger. Person at window was nice and food I received was good. Didn’t get the cheese curds and got a med drink not a large. Most frequent complaints are about missing or wrong items and I can see why. I’ll try again eventually and will check my order before I leave.
I learned I’d only received a medium drink when I went back the next day for some custard and saw someone picking up an order with a large drink and it was noticeably more than the medium I’d received instead of a large.

This location is right around the corner from our house. It's our go to for a quick bite on our way out of town. Always great service and even better food. We always get the tenders and pup cups for our furbabes.

Order a butter burger through the drive through about 10 minutes to close. Crew members were polite and very friendly and directed us to park for our order. We waited like 4 or 5 minutes which was less than we were expecting and our order was served to us. The food was hot and fresh and drinks full and napkins and condiments included into order. So with all that said and considering the time we went through drive thru, the service and experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a fast meal on the go or to dine in during their regular hours. Thank you Culvers and thumbs up to all the staff!! 😁🫡👍👍

The slowest Culver’s there is. Takes 25 min to get a single bacon deluxe with fries. Culver’s is delicious and fast at every other location except this one. I’ve only been to this location twice in a span of 3 weeks and both times it took well over 25 minutes to get my food. I will be avoiding this location. Nobody has time to wait 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Doesn’t even take 25 minutes at an actual restaurant. Obviously poorly managed.

I had a delicious lunch here. Piping, crispy hot fries and a perfectly cooked cheeseburger with the fixings I had requested. The service was friendly, prompt and efficient. My only misgiving was the cleanliness of the dining room and entry area. The windows were grimy, the floors sticky and the crevices in need of cleaning. The bathroom was clean any so was my table. Overall, it was a reasonably priced and tasty lunch. I will be back.
