Friendly staff, especially the girl. Cool place and good selection of beers, but $10 for a beet is outrageous.
Staple in the community! A place where everybody knows your name! Don't be surprised if you go in and people will say hello. Huge variety of beer, always find something I'm in the mood for
Great Beers, Great Atmosphere, Great People
Really great beers here. Staff and the dog beer tender are great. Get some of the best chicken you will ever have in the same facility at Cluckin Chicken.
Coolest place to visit. My old friend was a co-owner and loved seeing some history here from our military history together. Great beer and company.
As a fellow restaurant owner but first time visitor to the Colorado Springs area, this place was legitimately one of my absolute favorites. Great tasting beers (even as a beer snob of the PNW their IPAs and ciders were ??❤️). The service was attentive from the moment we walked in and felt welcomed. They even put on the sports game we wanted to watch ❤️. Such a great experience and we definitely will be back.
Great beer, events and bonus that Cluckin Chicken is on site
This place had an amazing vibe. They also have great tasting brew. I've been to many brewing companies and not many are that impressive. But Jaks is definitely a great spot to be and I will make this a priority visit whenever I make it back to this beautiful part of America!
Let me first say that this is my neighborhood brewery and frequent often. I really enjoy Saturdays in the summer best, which offers drop in corn hole at 5pm. The people who attend Jak’s are great and tend to be locals. The staff is very friendly and quick to pour. What is holding back my rating is the beer selection. They lack rotation and tend to keep the same beers on for waaay too long. They also will carry 4-5 blonde/light beers in at one time. Hazy IPAs are by far the best selling ? nation wide, yet they offer only one. No double IPAs. A friend of mine who is friends with one of the 3 owners, claims that he is very controlling of what beers are brewed. I’ve also confirmed this with one of the brewers. The brewers must be irritated as they are scientists of sorts and should have full control over what beers get brewed, but they do not. They are hand cuffed by a Jerry Jones (Cowboys) type owner that insists on not thinking outside the box. If you’re popping through town and visit, you won’t know the difference. But if you’re a hop head like me and visit often, you may be disappointed. The other irritating ? thing is the prices for beer. Many are $8+ for 6-7% ABV. They do this to compensate for their 80% military crowd. Military pays standard price, after they reduce 5% for them. It’s not really a discount. ? It’s just done to cater to their military homies. The beer is over priced, with slightly above average tasting beer and lack of flavor/rotation. ?
Cool place, cool beers.

So glad to have this brewery in Falcon! Great beer and fun environment. They host a lot of events throughout the year, including live music on the patio.
