It is 5:35 pm 4 Dec 2024. Been out all even and decided to get some KFC. Went through drive thru and asked for and 8 piece meal. They could n't provide it. Chicken was in the fryer and when asked how long. Voice said give them 20 minutes and they would have a better idea. KFC Corporate you need to do something to improve this store. This is not the first time this has happened.

For years the KFC out here in Falcon had a deservedly bad reputation. I stopped going a few years ago. But I gotta say, yesterday I was really hungry and thought "what the heck." The experience was shockingly good! The place was spotless (I even looked over the counter into the kitchen). The young lady who greeted me at the register was professional, friendly, and (a big one for me in business) looked me in the eye when she was taking my order! The young man who cooked and served my order was likewise professional, and engaged. I was there around 12:30 if you know any of the staff or management. If you've given up on them in the past, I'd maybe consider giving them another shot! (I'm thinkin' new management and/or ownership).

My mom is in on hospice and this is probably my last thanksgiving with her! So I was going to get the thanksgiving meal from this KFC so we could just enjoy our time together. When I went to this location at 10:07 they were still closed. The sign on their window says they are open at 10 am. I spoke to a girl through the drive through she said they could do nothing because the manager had not bothered to show. Could I come back. I explained I lived 40 miles away that it was hard to come back that day. She took my number and name and said she would have her call me. I was trying patient and pleasant to the worker. When the manager called an hour later she said I would have to drive all the way back to the location and they could do nothing for me. She was rude, she wouldn’t let me talk. And she hung up on me! At all times I was nice to her. When I tried to call back they ignored the phone!

It's absolutely terrible. I’ve had multiple issues here, the biggest one being that they spilled the gravy in the bag, and it got on my car mats. Then, when I called, the manager hung up on me multiple times. I even reached out to corporate and they opened a case, but they don’t care. I’m out with KFC do yourself a favor and just go to Slim Chickens.

I picked up food from the falcon location and was appalled by what's going on here, usually this location reeks of toxic chemicals and makes me sick to my stomach no matter the time of day and today it was worse, the employees tired to had me a bag covered in what i thought was greese and i had them rebag it, one of the employees started complaining and getting an attitude about how all the bags looked like that, then i overheard them say it was rat feces and the entire stack needed to be thrown away, something tells me they're going to fail a health inspection, i have a picture of the bag but it won't let me post it here

I am right now in front of the KFC, I arrived at 10 am in the morning and they told me that they did not have food available to sell that if I could come back in 20 minutes when I return they take my order and when I get to the second window the manager tells me that The store is closed, they will open in a few hours later and very rudely they closed the door in my face and before closing it, they told me to leave, very upset, I think the service of this store is rubbish and the management is shit. as a person because they are just she would have spoken well to me because I don't care I continued but slamming the door in my face just because she doesn't know how to run a store seems disrespectful to me to serve there are only two young people working who I understand don't have The fault of nothing is missing a true leader within the restaurant. I worked 20 years for this food chain for 15 years of my life and I never saw anything like this, for this reason companies like this do not make big numbers.

My wife and I ordered each a 2-piece box for lunch, chicken pieces were very small, and Luke warm. It gave the opinion that the chicken was yesterdays leftovers. Kudos, the restaurant was much cleaner than a previous visit. But our first greeters once we entered were flies. I don't recall ever seeing that many flies flying inside a restaurant. My wife and I hate complaining, but it's either tell you about it to fix or see you when we see you, which equates to never again.

I was there the other day when I heard the manager scream at one of her employees after the employee asked her to help out and then she turned around and fired her after the poor girl stood up for herself. IDK about y'all but I won't be eating somewhere that disrespects their workers Especially after they ask for help FROM THEIR MANAGER. I've been in management and I've ran my own stores and never once would I ever yell at my workers for needing help. This woman should be fired and fined. An honest disgrace to society and kfc should be ashamed to have her running a store

I decided to try KFC after avoiding the brand for a while because of bad service at other locations. I was pleasantly surprised at the Falcon location.
I ordered online and it said 15 minutes. I pulled up in 15 minutes and went inside to gather my order. The young man at the counter was friendly and courteous. My order was just coming off the prep line as promised. It already had condiments. It already had napkins.
The food was hot and fresh. Everything was correct!
I was pleased. My stomach was full.
Kudos! I will be back more often because I love fried chicken.

I left a bad review in the past. I'm very judgemental and picky. I work in the food industry and I have extremely high standards.... Today, our visit was perfect!! The store was clean. The cashier was a great gal. We had a big order, and she got it right. The food came out very quickly. It was hot and as my 6 yo said "f-ing good!" (??♀️). Bathrooms were clean. They really turned this place around!!
(My only complaint was the fries were hella salty but that could just be a KFC thing and not a store thing)
