Manager Brooke was rude when we ordered. Refused to do any substitutions. My bucket did not have any drumsticks in it. Brooke said that my kid must have taken the 4 drumsticks out, because she personally put them in. Then she called my daughter a liar. This place is the least pleasant place to order food. Not to mention that the chicken was trash. All of the breading was soggy and falling off. Thanks for this pleasant experience Brooke!!! You have no business working in service or being a manager.

It says online that they are open till 11 p.m, and that would be wonderful because I work late at night and I'd like a hot meal when I get off of work but I go in there at 10:10 and they're closed. You need to change your website or stay open till when you're supposed to

Just drove through and ordered a 12 piece with three sides and biscuits. Chicken is supposed to be crispy, not dripping in grease, soggy and falling off of the chicken. I had to squeeze the grease off the chicken with paper towels. Potato wedges should not be overcooked they crunch and are dry (except one was still cold in the middle as if partially frozen). The biscuits were not cooked all the way. I try coming to this location a couple times a year and always hope it is better. It never changes, and I will finally stop tempting fate and not come back. Reheated food in the oven or air fryer will be better than what I received. I'm worried about the mashed potatoes since everything else was so bad...and it set me back 42.00 and change. Not worth any of it.

They take long shitty service. They make you pull to the front even when no one is behind you. What is the point of the drive through if you gotta wait In the front. People are dirty, the floor and counters look dirty and the food luke warm!! Don't go until management takes responsibility of the staff and straightens things out!!

I ordered three chicken fried steak meals all the same with sides of fries and cole slaw. I also ordered some chicken tenders/nuggets. I got one chicken fried steak dinner with no gravy and only the side of cole slaw, two chicken fried steak dinners with the requested sides of fries and the tenders at a cost of just over $50.00. This is takeout and not rocket science. This restaurant has historically presented me with these types of issues. It's a good thing Chik Fil A is coming in just down the road.

They didn't have any original, so we got strips that were cold and the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold plus the gravy was a real light brown and watery with no flavor, need to get people that can cook right!!!

When through a drive thru today during non peak hours (we were the only car in drive thru). Did not get any sauces we requested, honey/butter for biscuits, and no spoons for entrees. We were almost handed a drink with no lid, just before we were handed the same drink—this time with soda on top of the lid. Meals and drinks were sticky on the outsides, which was unpleasant to clean eating in a car. When we returned for missing items, team members were heard joking around in the background. Though food was fine, the service needs to be addressed by upper management. I love kfc, but this was such a disappointing experience.

Food good! Guy who worked the window was FILTHY! Guy was wearing a tan hoodie with oil stains and filth on it like he just got finished changing his oil out of his black pickup. Yeah.. I saw the same guy go out to his black pickup while I was eating my food in the parking lot.. still wearing that filthy hoodie. I talked to manager.. she said no apologies, but “I was supposed to be working the window but I was late today, that’s why he was working the window”. Seriously??? An excuse rather a simple apology? This staff has no guidance other than cooking chicken with secret 11 herbs and spices. That’s easy… follow a well polished recipe and procedure. Hospitality and perception of cleanliness of your food is beyond their pay grade. It’s no wonder that the Falcon KFC is rated the worst of all KFC’s in Colorado Springs. Corporate would be horrified to have this particular franchise store representing their franchise. Manager is a snooty young boy. No professionalism, rude. Walked in, not greeted by a friendly face let alone a smile. Had attitude the entire time. Went in just prior to rush hour so an experienced manager would have been prepared. Cannot express my disappointment enough. Have tried this store 5 times each time they didn't have what I needed. Thank goodness we have so many other options in the area. Chipotle you were a lifesaver today. Of, and we'll never give our hard earned money to this KFC again.

It is 5:35 pm 4 Dec 2024. Been out all even and decided to get some KFC. Went through drive thru and asked for and 8 piece meal. They could n't provide it. Chicken was in the fryer and when asked how long. Voice said give them 20 minutes and they would have a better idea. KFC Corporate you need to do something to improve this store. This is not the first time this has happened.
