I am highly disappointed my food was cold when I came to pick it up. I asked the manger jordan to remake my order and he said he could not remake it for me and rudely asked the other employees to handle it when he’s the manager. I feel so disrespected and I never had an encounter like that with a MANAGER before this needs to be fixed immediately!

Was yelled at for asking for more broccoli since I'm plant based and asking for my order, because I felt they had forgotten about my order. Stay away unless you want teenagers to yell at you for a simple request, it's chaotic and stressful there not worth the stress to be mistreated, and I overheard them making fun me with another customer when I said I was vegetarian.

I have ordered recently from Panda Express in falcon and the noodles had some weird texture almost slimy and huge chunks of steamed cabbage not chopped tasted awful. Only one bite. Eew. The entree string bean chicken. I used to love. They changed the recipe. I couldn’t eat the vegetables so hard and slimy as well. The chicken was off. I took two or three bites of chicken. That evening about four hours later became sick. Nauseous vomiting and diahrea that lasted for a few days. PLEASE PANDA ROTATE YOUR PANS OFTEN SO YOU DO NOT SERVE SPOILED FOOD MIXED IN With new
