Ordered a pizza and wings to be cooked well done. The pizza was barely cooked and wings were also borderline cooked. We hadn't ordered from Papa John's due to past disappointment. We decided to give it one last chance and it was disappointing again. Will not be ordering from here again.

We didn't order a pizza. But the delivery driver who delivered to Falcon Middle School on May 12th when above and beyond when I told the school that we had a flat tire he offered to help us with it.

Driver left my food outside in the cold. Rang the Disney but gone before I got to the door.I called to ask why this was done and the manager said they do it for no contact delivery. Well no shit. However I did not ask for no contact. Then she said maybe the driver was in hurry. So you leave my food in the snow?! Completely unprofessional.

Ordered from Papa John’s for the first time last night from this location. The food arrived within a decent timeframe, but the delivery experience was a letdown. The driver knocked on the door, and before I could even get there, he just left the food on the front porch. It was 19 degrees outside! Even after leaving a tip, I couldn’t believe he didn’t wait for me to answer the door—just dropped the food in the cold and walked off. This kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism is enough to make me not want to order from this location again.

I used to work here and it was awesome even before I worked here Stacy and all the other managers and employees are awesome and always delicious food plus if you ask for a discount they always give you a select option to help you save money.

It’s Halloween and I expected them to be busy, so I ordered my pizza at 12:30 pm for pickup at 5:45. I came in at 5:50 and not only is the order not ready but they’re so behind schedule they can’t even tell me how much longer it will be. The manger was obviously overwhelmed and I sympathize, but she told me either cancel or wait. It’s ridiculous they had over 5 hours to get it done and they couldn’t figure it out and I get nothing but an “oh well” from the manager.
