No acknowledgment when walking in…. Twice. Pizza was not warm/hot. You could tell it had been sitting a while. Seemed like there was 1 person working (which makes this not entirely her fault) the wings were chewy and over all- it was just gross. We ordered 1/2 pepperoni & jalapeño and 1/2 black olive. There were multiple slices that have just 1 black olive on them and a few slices that didn’t even have a jalapeño on the them. Disappointing but hey, if you’re ordering late from a long day- can’t be picky huh?

Ordered a pizza and wings to be cooked well done. The pizza was barely cooked and wings were also borderline cooked. We hadn't ordered from Papa John's due to past disappointment. We decided to give it one last chance and it was disappointing again. Will not be ordering from here again.

Driver left my food outside in the cold. Rang the Disney but gone before I got to the door.I called to ask why this was done and the manager said they do it for no contact delivery. Well no shit. However I did not ask for no contact. Then she said maybe the driver was in hurry. So you leave my food in the snow?! Completely unprofessional.

Ordered from Papa John’s for the first time last night from this location. The food arrived within a decent timeframe, but the delivery experience was a letdown. The driver knocked on the door, and before I could even get there, he just left the food on the front porch. It was 19 degrees outside! Even after leaving a tip, I couldn’t believe he didn’t wait for me to answer the door—just dropped the food in the cold and walked off. This kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism is enough to make me not want to order from this location again.
