Driver left my food outside in the cold. Rang the Disney but gone before I got to the door.I called to ask why this was done and the manager said they do it for no contact delivery. Well no shit. However I did not ask for no contact. Then she said maybe the driver was in hurry. So you leave my food in the snow?! Completely unprofessional.

Ordered from Papa John’s for the first time last night from this location. The food arrived within a decent timeframe, but the delivery experience was a letdown. The driver knocked on the door, and before I could even get there, he just left the food on the front porch. It was 19 degrees outside! Even after leaving a tip, I couldn’t believe he didn’t wait for me to answer the door—just dropped the food in the cold and walked off. This kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism is enough to make me not want to order from this location again.

Paid for express delivery and even then is was another 20 mins late from the time I was supposed to get it, and garlic knots were still doughy in the center

I used to work here and it was awesome even before I worked here Stacy and all the other managers and employees are awesome and always delicious food plus if you ask for a discount they always give you a select option to help you save money.

It’s Halloween and I expected them to be busy, so I ordered my pizza at 12:30 pm for pickup at 5:45. I came in at 5:50 and not only is the order not ready but they’re so behind schedule they can’t even tell me how much longer it will be. The manger was obviously overwhelmed and I sympathize, but she told me either cancel or wait. It’s ridiculous they had over 5 hours to get it done and they couldn’t figure it out and I get nothing but an “oh well” from the manager.

Save yourself the money and eat a frozen pizza. Trash! Pizza sat on the porch without a doorbell ring and got super cold. Good luck lol
I noticed when I pulled up that the person working had lots of long curly hair and no hair net so I just hoped for the best, but of course found hair in the pizza ? so gross. Do better

The manager Chrissy to Kristie needs to either get into another position or get some serious training in customer service. Called to have our order remedied cuz the first order we had was horrible and this manager called us back unknowingly and proceeded to talk badly of us. Saying we didn’t order and a bunch of other things. Obviously we order because we had the pizza and the receipt and order number but instead of trying to remedy it when I called back and take accountability and apologize about her actions she showed no remorse and proceeded to scream at us again and then hung up. I have launch a former complaint with corporate this is ridiculous!

I tried posting this earlier but it wouldn’t work. I’ve been meaning to write this post since my visit last week. Today I finally got around to it. There is an old lady with missing teeth that works there. I’m not sure if she’s a new manager as my wife and I frequent Papa John’s regularly. I witnessed this lady yelling at her back-end employees and making a mockery of them. She was using vulgar language (I can’t even put in this review) and I could tell her spirit was very dark as her face looked angry. I did look up the owner’s information as I feel like it’s important for him to know the type of person he’s employing. However, I have yet to make the call as I’m hoping the store manager sees this review and responds. I hope this “heads up” gives you something to reflect on as this is a lawsuit waiting to happen!
