I recently visited Pizza Hut to pick up an online carry-out order, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the boxes in my order was incorrect. The staff immediately apologized for the mistake and took the time to verify my correct order. They promptly remade the pizza and even allowed us to keep the incorrect one.
When I returned after 15 minutes to pick up the corrected order, the staff went above and beyond by offering a free soda as well. Throughout the entire process, they were nothing but professional and kind. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and I left feeling very pleased with the experience.
Thank you, Pizza Hut, for turning a small error into a positive experience. I will definitely be returning!

Avoid this pizza place, go buy a frozen one from the grocery store, it will be better. Ordered the cheesy bites pizza, and a pepperoni lovers melt. Both arrived overcooked, not fresh and nearly inedible. Called the location and had it remade. It was only marginally better, still overcooked to the point that all the cheese was melted out of the cheesy bites part, hardly any sauce on the pizza. The only upside was that the wings we ordered were good.

50 dollar order. Everything was great except one pizza had no sauce. We had waited 40 minutes for the first order. Only 20 minutes for the second order. Both dashers were very nice. Option was 15 dollar store credit or a remake. Figured since we wouldn't try them a again a remake was in order. 2nd pizza was perfect.
And for anyone ready this....all the pizza places in falcon can't get the right amount of sauce on this pizza. Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Pappa Johns have all failed.

Ordered pizza It was delivered with basically no sauce cheese or toppings. Spoke with the manager and he said he would credit my account. Tried to order the 2 pizzas again about a month later and person said there was no record of a credit and now my order history has been deleted from my online account.

Why is there advertisement for one large one topping pizza and 16 boneless wings starting at $19.99 The store doesn't even have it in their computer. The person said they're always running different promotions. I ordered something but not happy 🙃 that I couldn't get what I wanted..

We happen to love Pizza Hut and were so excited when we discovered one in falcon, however were quickly disappointed by slow inattentive service. When I arrived for pick up employees seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than helping me, they were unable to locate my order, and left the counter in the middle of check out.
The food would have been delicious but it seemed rushed the sauce was very un evenly distributed as if thrown on and not spread out on both pizzas
5.31.24 @ 6pm - We ordered a large pizza and bacon cheese bread. Pizza was great, the cheese bread was very tiny, unsliced, and with literally three crumbs of bacon.
