I recently visited Pizza Hut to pick up an online carry-out order, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the boxes in my order was incorrect. The staff immediately apologized for the mistake and took the time to verify my correct order. They promptly remade the pizza and even allowed us to keep the incorrect one.

When I returned after 15 minutes to pick up the corrected order, the staff went above...

50 dollar order. Everything was great except one pizza had no sauce.
We had waited 40 minutes for the first order. Only 20 minutes for the second order.
Both dashers were very nice.
Option was 15 dollar store credit or a remake.
Figured since we wouldn't try them a again a remake was in order.
2nd pizza was perfect.

And for anyone ready this....all the pizza places in falcon can't get the right amount of...

Why is there advertisement for one large one topping pizza and 16 boneless wings starting at $19.99
The store doesn't even have it in their computer.
The person said they're always running different promotions. I ordered something but not happy 🙃 that I couldn't get what I wanted..
