They literally forgot about us. We had to hit the button again, and she asked if I was sure I ordered. 😂 Instead of just retaking our order, she kept going on as if she needed to prove me wrong. Then she pretended she was having trouble hearing me. She heard me crystal clear when I asked for a manager. 🤣🤣 A really nice manager came out and explained they rang it up in the drivethru by mistake and thought we drove away. They gave it to us for free. I added 2 stars for the manager with the bandana, but the attitude the girl gave us was bs. We were really polite to her. It was unwarranted and childish on her part. We had a good laugh about it when we got home, but jeeze.
Original: There was nobody in the parking lot or drivethru when we arrived just after 6 pm. We've been waiting for 25 minutes for 2 slushes and a fried pickle. Now cars are rolling in and out of the drive thru with their orders. I'm not understanding is going on. 😅

I usually love Sonic but thos time was aweful! First they gave me the wrong item, then they finally gave me the right item (cheese tots) and the tots tasted stale and the cheese was sandwich cheese! Smh never coming back. Then the reply is the same. No one cares or wants to do their job. So sad!....call this number to complain again. Why? That is management and owners job not mine!

I order from here sometimes, first time thought it was a fluke or accident.

Second time I’ve ordered extra cheese on my chili cheese dog, and the employees go out of their way to make sure there’s zero cheese on the dog.

Just being hateful for no reason, I don’t get it. Probably done eating here I guess. Something is mentally wrong with the employees.

The food was as always tasty, yet the service was not good. The person at the window was rushing us when they were nowhere near close and no one else was there. After we ordered, they gave us most of our food but forgot something. We sat there for a few minutes waiting for them to notice that we were still there. Finally we opened the window and asked for the food. All in all, not very good.

I’ve been trying to give this location a chance seeing they changed management. No matter what I order (just a drink or a meal) you will wait forever!!! Most of the time it’s just a Dr Pepper and tater tots for me and I always wait more than 10 minutes and have waited on several other occasions 40+ manager will come out and tell you how he’s trying to make this a better location and that profits all due to him but the place still looks awful and it’s always the same to people working there with the same excuses every time. Every time I walk up to it half the time the carport does not work. This will be my last order at this location as I am standing outside right now and waited over 15 minutes for 2 Dr peppers.

The food was decent. It's fast food what can you expect.
Service was terrible at first, sep.16th at around 830pm. The girl taking our order seemed to be rushing us and sounded extremely upset. I understand having a bad day, but don't put your negative energy and emotions onto other people. there is no need for it. You're at work, in a professional setting, fake it if you have to. I told Hunter, the manager on duty how rude she was and he gave us a free item card which is great but unfortunately we do not have any plans on coming back due to the negative energy from the person taking our order. A damn shame. Thank you to Hunter for being so understanding and kind.
