I just waited half an hour being completely ignored in the drive through. I wasn't even ordering I was picking up for doordash. When I had to cancel and pull out of the line they took the order of the person right behind me right away. Do yourself a favor don't come to this one, it's just a bunch of crusty rude people who peaked in high school. If they do this with the manager I can imagine when they're working alone.

Listed on website that this location closes at 11 felt like a midnight snack and decided to get sonic. Pull up in the drive through, the lights shut off while i was in the drive through and was completely ignored. Very disappointed. Not to mention that every time I come here the food takes 30 minutes for a corn dog and a milkshake. The employees are rude and always mess orders up.

Every time I get any food from here my order is always messed up. Whoever assembled the burgers there is really sloppy, the burgers always come either smashed, or with an absurd amount of lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. All stacked thick on top of each other. I always request NO ONIONS and everyyyy time they put onions on there! That and any time I order ice cream or a sonic blast they come melted upon arrival from delivery. This sonic location must have some lazy workers in the kitchen…please do better.

I ordered two large So-called shakes it took over 10 minutes they were almost $14 and they were the worst shakes I’ve ever had they weren’t made with ice cream they were made with whip cream they were not cold they would not even melt I threw them away consumers need to stand up to facilities like this that screw people over it’s not right that things cost double and triple what they used to but the quality is garbage and nothing like it used to be take my advice never order a milkshake or so cold milkshake from sonic I should get a full refund as I said it wasn’t made out of ice cream $14 for two milkshakes 10 minutes in the drive-through wasn’t cold whatsoever I got screwed severely
I'm a regular for their 2fer Tuesdays. I wish I could get their Steak Sandwich here in Colorado.

I ordered two meals and I asked them to put jalapeños on my burger and large size tea and fries and a medium order of jalapeño poppers. Paid, got the two drinks small for the wife and large for me. Then I sat and sat and noticed that everyone was gone. Finally some guy gives me my food and I go home. No poppers, my tots were small and no jalapeños on the burger. I’m done with this garbage place as you can only rip me off once. God awful management.

I love sonic. They messed up my burger order and the burgers were dry. But it was the days special so I'm not mad. I'll be back. Love their drinks and tots. And the conies that are on sale are really good.

Just like the local McDonald's they never open up on time usually 30mins to an hour late opening and some of the worst food I've had they clearly don't know how to run the store yet alone cook food properly this location in falcon Colorado should be completely avoided everyone who works here is terrible at their jobBut what to expect from low life people who aren't going anywhere in life
