This place good, but there is one person makes it not good her attuide comes off rude. Other then that I like this place tit close to me and it's on my way out to the springs.

Unfortunately, the barista working when we stopped through this morning had a horrible attitude. Rolled her eyes when my mother requested no cheese on a sandwich, sighed while telling us what sugar free syrups they had, was cursing loudly with her coworker and complaining about the job, and did not even greet the older gentleman who walked up behind us- just continued the inappropriate conversation with the other barista instead of taking the man's order. I would take the time to drive to an actual Starbucks location if you want respectful service or a smiling face.

I broke my general rule for all holidays and went to the store for a few things I forgot some things this year. The local Starbucks inside Safeway on Mclaughlin rd was open. Figuring I have been up for a minute now I'd grab a pick me up. Unfortunately a particular staff named JAZ(according to the name tag) had quite the attutude. Having worked several holidays myself I understand if this was not something she wanted to do. However it is still customer service. She had the most aggressive demeanor, arguing with other staff, short with her words and would not look you in the eyes to talk. When she did speak it was between the smacking of her gum. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a Starbucks line ordering. This mood set the mood for the entirety of my wait for a drink. All the staff seemed stressed by whatever emotional drama was going on. ...

The food always looks like leftovers. The overbrewing of the coffee doesn't leave much caffeine, but I guess you sell more espresso shots that way. Fine, just not for me. Besides, I didn't just visit there 5 days ago. It was pretty arrogant of you to insist I had. You're not Duch Bros, you know, you're not even Tim Hortons good.

Pretty standard and straightforward coffee. They haven't changed drinks in years. I guess stick with what works. No innovation or creativity. Spend at local coffee shops, they have better options.
