6 inches is 6 inches. Not the 4 1/2 you gave me. You cancelled the order several times. You really didn’t want to make it, and when you did, you screwed it up as much as you could

Would give 0 stars. Placed an online order. Went into the store to pick up and the two girls were chit chatting in the back like they were off the clock. Got home, both my sandwiches were not what I asked for. Wrong bread, not even toasted on both sandwiches . Asked for NO tomatoes got tomatoes, asked for banana peppers and got no banana peppers on both of my sandwiches. Seriously how hard is it.

Every time we go in, we check to see who's working, because some of the associates, specifically Geoff, take about 15 minutes to make one sandwich on a 30 minute lunch break that just isn't acceptable. We usually just have to go somewhere else

Terrible customer service, did not greet customers and acted like they could not be bothered. I asked if what they had out was all that was remaining and both employees rudely snapped at me saying “YUP,” while rolling their eyes.

I waited for about 25 minutes with the front area completely empty before an employee finally showed up, reeking of mj and had the worst attitude

There's a young lady here that deserves a raise. She's been running the entire store by herself apparently for atleast five hours and she cut herself making my wife's sandwich. Her name is Nadia. God bless.

Came on a Saturday and it was clean and the vegetables looked way more fresh than any other subway location. Friendly and quiet place!

I placed an order using the Subwy app. Seems the sandwich artists can't be trusted to do an order correctly when they are not being supervised by the customer.

Of course it wasn't until I got home was it noticed. Thanks for ruining our lunch.

Everything with a dot indicated on the receipt was missing or wrong.

If you are fortunate enough to arrive on a Sunday during the day when either Aura or Ryleugh are working, you will receive wonderful service. If they are both there, you can safely assume it will be the fastest, most impressive service you've likely ever received at a subway or equivalent restaurant. Thank-you ladies for being the BEST part of this Franchisees team!

As soon as we walked in they did not greet us nor tell us they were busy, they were making pretzels and we started telling them our order. They rudely said “can you give us a minute” then turned around. When they started taking our order they asked all that’s on it rudely again which we aren’t used to because you make the sandwich together. They kept looking at each other while we told our order laughing at us and giving us dirty looks as we ordered. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never had an experience like this before, the employee working was Ryleigh. She made us very uncomfortable and I don’t doubt she’s made others feel this way especially because someone else came in after us and the whole time she gave me dirty looks as well as speaking poorly towards him. This shouldn’t be tolerated. No other company would accept this. Thank you.

Bread is always dry here. And today's staff could use a course in friendly.

Two of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. The ingredients were placed on one that was meant for the other.

The Marshall's have facebook accounts full of lavish vacations and houses while their employees are literally working solo trying to keep an entire neighborhood happy. The Marshall's are making a fortune while doing nothing to help out their employees. There is only ever 1 employee at a time, running the register, making the sandwiches and taking care of online orders. Not only do the customers end up unhappy, but the employees are run in to the ground, and the owners don't care.

The young adults and teenagers that work here do a great job with what they have handed to them. Which is working all alone all night with a steady stream of online orders and a continuous line of people. THEY NEED HELP! The owners of this establishment are failing miserably. This seems to be par for the course and the norm for Subway franchisees. They need to hire additional employees to keep up with the demand. If the business model only allows for one employee working at a time to be successful, then perhaps they may consider closing down. It's no fun for the customers or employees.
