I placed an order using the Subwy app. Seems the sandwich artists can't be trusted to do an order correctly when they are not being supervised by the customer.

Of course it wasn't until I got home was it noticed. Thanks for ruining our lunch.

Everything with a dot indicated on the receipt was missing or wrong.

If you are fortunate enough to arrive on a Sunday during the day when either Aura or Ryleugh are working, you will receive wonderful service. If they are both there, you can safely assume it will be the fastest, most impressive service you've likely ever received at a subway or equivalent restaurant. Thank-you ladies for being the BEST part of this Franchisees team!

As soon as we walked in they did not greet us nor tell us they were busy, they were making pretzels and we started telling them our order. They rudely said “can you give us a minute” then turned around. When they started taking our order they asked all that’s on it rudely again which we aren’t used to because you make the sandwich together. They kept looking at each other while we told our order laughing at us and giving us dirty looks as we ordered. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never had an experience like this before, the employee working was Ryleigh. She made us very uncomfortable and I don’t doubt she’s made others feel this way especially because someone else came in after us and the whole time she gave me dirty looks as well as speaking poorly towards him. This shouldn’t be tolerated. No other company would accept this. Thank you.

Two of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. The ingredients were placed on one that was meant for the other.

The Marshall's have facebook accounts full of lavish vacations and houses while their employees are literally working solo trying to keep an entire neighborhood happy. The Marshall's are making a fortune while doing nothing to help out their employees. There is only ever 1 employee at a time, running the register, making the sandwiches and taking care of online orders. Not only do the customers end up unhappy, but the employees are run in to the ground, and the owners don't care.

The young adults and teenagers that work here do a great job with what they have handed to them. Which is working all alone all night with a steady stream of online orders and a continuous line of people. THEY NEED HELP! The owners of this establishment are failing miserably. This seems to be par for the course and the norm for Subway franchisees. They need to hire additional employees to keep up with the demand. If the business model only allows for one employee working at a time to be successful, then perhaps they may consider closing down. It's no fun for the customers or employees.

With a lobby full of ppl this kid thinks it's more important to be sweeping and announce it to the world. As well as make sure I get my check before I leave. Maybe do ur job?

Used to come here often because it was close and fast. Last 2 times it has taken an hour + to make 2 sandwiches. I will be driving the extra distance from now on to stay away from this franchisees stores.

I waited a full hour and a half for three not very difficult sandwiches. Placed the order at 6pm, got the confirmation email that my sandwich would be ready at 6:20, I walk in at 6:25. There’s one employee in the store who’s already struggling to make a man’s sandwich. After no joke 15 minutes, he finally finishes the man’s order and proceeds to start on another walk in order (they walked in 10 minutes after me). I didn’t want to be rude but after seeing how long it took him to finish the last order I walked up to the counter, reminded him I’ve been waiting on the only pick up order and told him I’d be back in 30 minutes (it’s 6:45) So I drive home and send my partner back to pick up the sandwiches at 7:20. When she gets there the sandwiches still haven’t been started and there are multiple people in the store who seem upset as well. She’s tells the man we’re still waiting on the pick up and he eventually starts making them. After 10 more minutes he give her only two sandwiches and tells her to “have a good day”. Obviously confused she tells him we ordered and paid for three sandwiches, he proceeds to say he was out of meatballs and wasn’t going to make the last sandwich, without offering a refund or even apology. She asks him to just make different sandwich of less price and he loudly sighs and says “are you sure, you’ve already waited a really long time” still not offering a refund, expecting her to leave with only two sandwiches after paying for three and waiting an hour and a half. She tells him that she’s already waited a long time so she’ll wait a little longer to get our full order. He makes the sandwich slowly with everyone in the store completely dumbfounded at how long they’ve been waiting and what he said to my partner. After getting the sandwiches and coming home, all three sandwiches were made wrong and missing at least 3 ingredients each (mind you, it was a pick up order so we didn’t watch him make them like usual). Biggest waste of time, money and energy.

The workers at the location are always very friendly and patient. However, this subway has one of the most vile public restrooms i have ever seen. I walked in and audibly gasped. The women's toilet has built up debris of feces as well as blood covering it. The sink had dirt in it and the wall dryer was disgusting. I am disappointed because it only makes me wonder how cleanly the food and utensils used are.
