Do they even train these people? They put literally half a piece of meat on it and think that's cool....My advice is to go elsewhere. You'll be happier in the long run.

Ordered through the app and it went to the wrong location. The guy helped me get things worked out and made the best subs ever. Went above an beyond. Don't know why the app went to another subway 15min away but glad he was there to help. Thanks for the best sub and help ever. Ill be back for sure

Ask for a chicken sub with avocado and got a chicken sub with vegetables without avocado 🤨🤨🤨🤨🙄 or dressing call and phone doesnt work

The GOAT

I had a very negative experience with an employee named Shae. She told me that if I added more than three slivers of onions to half a sub, I would be charged double for vegetables. I have never been charged double for basic extra vegetables at Subway before, so this felt unreasonable and came across as hostile.

On top of that, her communication was unprofessional—she was raising her voice at customers, and when people responded back, her behavior escalated instead of calming the situation. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Subway is usually a reliable and consistent place for me, but this employee’s behavior does not reflect the customer service I expect. I hope management will address this so future customers don’t have the same negative experience.

( Online order) This will be my final subway purchase. It was so bad! My child’s sandwich was so questionable looking I wouldn’t let her eat it. Bread was supposed to be wheat bread and it looked uncooked, chicken was GREY! My sandwich was crispy on the outside and ice cold inside but least the bread looked cooked ( same bread I ordered for my child). Will be making the drive into the Springs from now on to Cheba Hut where their sandwiches are always fresh, look and taste great

This sucked, bad. Now I’ve never worked at a subway so I’m not really sure how hard it is to make a sandwich off an online order but these workers absolutely failed. I would rather starve or eat spoiled fish rather than go back there. If you value yourself as a person you wouldn’t go there

This is the better subway in town. This one had mediocre service, better food than the other subway, and it was inside the Walmart so a pretty good place to be on a random afternoon. They have clever posters on the walls. All the thing the other people are saying is probably about the other Subway in town.

Food taste fine but clearly nobody cares how it’s made or what you order this is the second time I’ve been charged extra for meat that comes on the sub it’s an extra six bucks because someone doesn’t know how to click the right button. What’s even the point of having subs like the American club if you’re gonna get charged for a turkey sub add bacon add ham etc. not to mention the fact that I have somehow gotten a sub with no meat on it. I seriously don’t understand how people can be this careless but it’s almost comedic. Don’t go here not only is subway mid but this one is trash. I wouldn’t trust the group working there to spell subway let alone work there what a joke.

Just got home with a meatball sub. Everything is refrigerator cold except for the melted cheese on top. Disgusting. No one answers the phone.

The owner was there with some other person doing inspections. They came from the back and the women was all handsy with the bread rack. Not wearing gloves and touching each tray of bread. The owner was investigating the veggies again without gloves. I said something to the woman checking me out about how that was disgusting and she agreed. She talked to the owner and the woman and the woman said "well I didn't actually touch the bread" which is false. We watched her touch it. Neither the owner or the woman were wearing coverings on their hair either. I worked in food service and if I ever did this my boss at the time would have been furious and would have thrown away food that was touched.Our food was mediocre at best. You could tell the 2 girls at the counter were stressed today.It's really concerning when the owner and other higher ups from "office land" can't adhere to simple cleanliness and sanitary practices.
