Do not go to this location I stopped going because they always forgot an item or two and when I called the first time they were pleasant to deal with but when it happened a second time that they miss an item I was given an attitude by the window clerk if she doesn’t like to work then she should go elsewhere, either way constantly getting bad service has caused me to go elsewhere so if you want good service I suggest another location that isn’t this one

Unfortunately, I am done with this location. My delivery and pick up orders are forever wrong. Ordering in person usually works out but they cant seem to get an app order right and for me, that's what I need when I choose not to cook. Had to throw my lunch in the trash today because they put my sandwich on a multigrain bun but then put a receipt on it that said "sub gluten free bun." They just aren't paying attention.

How does the drive thru take 30minutes and you still proceed to make me park my car and wait another 15 minutes for my food.
By far the worst chick-fila in Colorado. My macaroni was burnt asf there’s no way I would’ve served anyone what I got and my Powerade tasted like water 😭

Joseph in the back can’t make a sandwich. I ordered the number 7, Grilled chicken deluxe. No tomato. Made it incorrectly 3 times. 2 times it was spicey 3rd time there was no bacon. Joseph I can hear when I come up for the 2nd time say “I JUST REMADE THIS! WHAT THE HELL” I could hear him talking shit the entire time. All because he couldn’t make my order correctly. I’ve never had this experience at a chick fil an and won’t be coming back.

This location is horrible. Drive thru speaker has been broken for days. Still not fixed. So they make you place your order.And then they park you for 10 to 15 minutes for 4 minis. So much for being to work on time. And wouldn't you know it? Chicken was cold and super dry.
