Paid $40.00 to have Chipotle make thr wrong order, and cold. Tried calling, nope they don't take phone calls. They try to pass the blame onto Doordarshan. Dd did great! Had my food in 10 minutes. Chipotle is going down hill and fast with their quality and service.

Why not Try

This is the closest chipotle near me . They are terrible . They’re always out of a certain ingredient no matter what time it is . Portions are tiny at this location .

wow just wow. these chipotle workers really made my day there was a rush like i felt the rush but they pushed through like soldiers was popping bowls and burritos left and right jianna and dohntay were their names, don’t forget it

Very skimpy on the food. Staff was struggling. Also, watched 3 homeless people walk through and fill up their water bottles with drinks then jump the fence and run out. Honestly, would never hit this location again.

This location needs some help. I never leave reviews but I went in twice this week, the first time they were out of steak and chicken and then went back a couple days later and same thing. The customer service is crap as well.

We walked in at 9:50 pm they didn’t have a lot of stuff anymore and the place was dirty, I understand that it’s late but they close at 11pm

I’ve been to this chipotle twice. First time the line took 30+ minutes to get through when it was just to the door. Second time they don’t have chicken, steak or Barbacoa at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. Seems like managers don’t have their ducks in a row.

Painful - made an online order and ended up having to go through the line anyway bc watching customers come in, get their food and go out before me while I stood there and no one was working on my order was actually insane (there were others who could have been doing online orders but weren’t) this is not the first time either

This is the first negative review I've ever written, but our experience at this Chipotle location was so awful I couldn't let it go. After a long day at the car dealership, we picked this spot because it was close, despite noticing its low reviews—a decision I now deeply regret.

They were out of both cheese and sofritas, which meant I couldn't get the quesadilla I initially wanted or even the sofrita tacos. The employee even told us they were out of sour cream, only for a new container to magically appear as we were checking out. To top it off, there wasn't a single napkin to be found in the entire restaurant.

We eat at Chipotle all the time and have never encountered a location so poorly stocked. This is clearly a management issue. We will absolutely never be back to this specific location.

Placed an online order for a quesadilla and a burrito bowl, quesadilla was made how I ordered it. The burrito bowl had to have been for a different order because it was nothing of what was ordered, beans when we ordered none, steak when we ordered chicken, even the drinks were wrong! We ordered the standard 22 oz drinks and were given water cups. When we went back to have the order fixed there were about 6 other people also having their orders remade. I hope management cares enough to properly train their employees because that many incorrect orders is abhorrent coming from someone who also works in food service!
