Ordered lunch for our team and the bowls and burritos were half empty and burritos were like for kids meals very disappointing and food portions will not return to this location i don't recommend this place it bad

Do not order to go from this store!! This is what our family burritos look like, my husband thought they were for kids. My bowl, the chicken was burned.

This chipotle is the absolute worst. Used to be very good, now they're literally always out of something. Usually it's multiple meats, today it was meats, beans and sour cream. Don't come here, they will be out of what you want.

Order with app at this store for the last 3 order they have got 0 right. The receipt is right, because I ordered it online. But they don't bother looking at what you order - they just make whatever, however and you eat it, and like it.

Ordered online not sure if it’s on me for ordering so late?? But my pick up time was 8:40pm I walk into the chipotle at 8:47pm. Had 2 people in front of me once it was my turn at about 8:52pm I told them the name on my order. They said someone was working on it. Wasn’t even started I watched them start make my order at 9. I walked out at 9:07 with my order. Got home. Started to eat my rice was pretty cold not even slightly warm. Had to put in the microwave. Then I found hair in my food!!! Wtfff I found a purple strand of hair and a small what looks to be blue hair not sure. Won’t be eating there for a while.

Went to grab dinner for me and my employee around 530. Waiting in line not an issue it’s to be expected at that time. Once I reach the person to take my order he asked if it’s cash or card. I explained I was going to use cash and was told well we aren’t taking cash right now. No sign was posted so I sat in line wasting my time to be meet with an employee with no ability to show empathy or customer service skills

Only giving a 4 because this place just smells weird in a not good way. Might be the sushi place next door cause the food is always perfect so can't be that and place is always spotlessly clean kitchen and dining areas so yea dont know but we always take out because of it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in 2 hours before closing. The store is empty. The boy and girl are giggling at the tortilla stand for 5 minutes before even saying hello. After that they were giggling still and I asked for pinto beans and they said sorry we’re all out. After working all day I tried again and they said “We just don’t have any more for the night.” I continued with my bowl as well as my boyfriend continuing to order his. When we went to pay. We asked if we could get some kind of courtesy for the inconvenience. The girl ask for Sergio the manager of the night and he came to the front and said “ Sorry man, we’re just out for the night, we’re trying to close. We just can’t give it to you for free.” Trying to tell him I didn’t want it for free while he was interrupting me. I tried clarifying for some composition for the meal but he was unwilling for any trying to say it’s just close to closing.
Again. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend this Chipotle

When I walked in two employees who make the food were just too busy, laughing and talking for five minutes instead of taking an order.

Not only that, but they’re Open for another two hours, and they’re not willing to make any more pinto beans or meat

Their excuse was they’re about to close and they already cleaned everything up.

The manager Sergio was not very helpful. Told me it is what it is.
