Dairy Queen (Treat)

Horrible service was counting tips while still on clock and line getting longer. Messed up multiple orders. Very unprofessional. Everyone just standing around watching the one guy counting tips.

I asked for a custom treat and it was made without question. There was a wait and (Mitchell i believe it looked like he was training a new hire and he had a PlayStation hat on) asked me to wait politely and then served me. I was impressed With The accuracy and the level of customer service.
I have seen other reviews here and I’m not defending anybody but as far as closing early, we really have to stop coming the last 15 minutes before close. We know a lot of people want ice CREAM and it gets busy at every ice cream shop so just chill and show up early. In short, Dairy Queen stay open until your posting hours and customers com the last five minutes before. I know I did I’m leaving a happy customer

Website say they are open until 10 pm. Been there twice and they locknthe doors at 930. So much for customer service. Need to start using a different dair queen.

Dairy Queen is our fav out of all the options out there and luckily this one is super close to home. They usually close earlier than others so we don’t get it that often or as often as we would like lol My son has been sick last few months and wanted to treat him today so went in before dinner to get a few things. Made an order for 3 things nothing crazy and after paying saw their new dipped cone we been wanting to try so ordered that separate. I tipped on both transactions as I’m someone who feels I should every time to service workers. But today 03/31 there was two younger girls working who were busy but nothing crazy and they were not friendly at all and seemed annoyed. I ordered my son a couple things but one was a kids cone but he likes the cone put upside down in a cup which is usually his go to order and they gave me just a cup of ice cream. No biggie, I said what I wanted and that it was no prob if I could just get a cone and I’ll fix it at home and they didn’t respond just handed me a cone annoyed. I was by myself and had my whole order plus a drink and a banana split that was leaking so I asked if I could please get a bag so I could hopefully get it all out to my car and up my three flights of stairs without spilling it lol I didn’t give the whole speech though just asked for a bag and the girl annoyed once again told me no that the bags are for pick up orders… which is crazy. That’s what I was doing picking up a order to go for myself as a paying customer too and I would have gladly paid for the bag if that was necessary. I am hardly one to complain or make bad reviews unless I feel it’s warranted. I get these girls are young and this is prob one of their first jobs but they are in customer service and working for any company you’re that company’s face and no matter where you work you should take pride in what you do. Smile and be friendly because you never know what that customer is going through and a good feeling kind interaction could just make their day. Experiences like this make you want to take your business elsewhere. I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering someone to do their job.

Not sure with this Dairy Queen location but had to wait 15 minutes in line just to buy 2 boxes of Dilly Bars. And when I finally get to cashier and ask for receipt cashier said it will take awhile. Will avoid this DQ location.

Come to this location multiple times 30 minutes before close and it has been closed. Came in tonight the open sign was on and I was told something about the ice cream machine and that they were closing early which seems like a trend

Phenomenal service. Will be back!

Place itself stinks because they aren't allowed to kick out the homeless people doing drugs in the bathroom, the staff and ice cream are great tho, I go every week

Place was busy on a Friday night but the three people on staff were killin it. Also, prolly best blizzard ever. They hooked up the candy.
