i’m a huge dairy queen fan and have never had a problem at any location until i stepped foot in here. this is the worst place i have ever been to. i’m friendly and patient especially when i see that it is busy. but tonight was not it. it is a saturday night and in my personal opinion, there should have been at least one more employee working. i stepped foot in this location and was completely ignored. i stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and got no greeting of any sort. i get it’s fast food and the expectations are low. there was no “hi” no “i’ll be right with you”, nothing. do better dairy queen on 104 and feds.

I did not know DQ still had locations dedicated to their deserts. It was a very nice experience and had all our favorites on the menu. Sat at the window counter and enjoyed our ice creams watching the snow fall outside. Highly recommend checking out a treat location.

So they at least left a note on the door that they opted to close at 7pm instead of 9pm. However, they locked the doors at 6:40pm when I walked up.

This location does have a bad smell. When I asked them they said sewer backs up. The building faces the west the sun really beats down and is really hot in the afternoon. I feel bad for the employees for having to work in that heat. Need blackout screen for window. No air conditioning apparently. Even though it is close I will drive to another Dairy Queen.
