Breakfast sandwich was thrown together. Half of the ingredients were hanging out of the bagel. And I had to wait for them to make it. Ordered unsweetened iced tea, I got sweet tea. Service stinks

Service is always terrible. They always manage to mess up my orders. It’s very frustrating because I’m paying for my food, the least they can do is make it correctly! I asked for medium fries and this is what I got. They weren’t even at the bottom of the bag, that’s how they served them. It’s not the first time this happens. Management should really work with their team overall to better ALL areas!

They can’t help themselves, they have to get my order wrong. I ordered an online order in the morning and when I got there I paid for another sandwich only for my extra sandwich not to be in my order. I went at night, and told the guy taking my order I wanted a 6 piece, giving that it was midnight and the order showed up on a different screen I figured the high price was because of inflation or something. I instead got 20 nuggets. I’m not really mad at anyone in particular I just think it’s ridiculous that the only ever times I’ve been to this location they’ve gotten my order wrong both times. I believe there’s a lack of communication between the workers. Also, most of the employees I interacted with weren’t particularly friendly, except for one. I also believe the management isn’t as strong as it should be. People are human and make mistakes but this is annoying.

I Xmas here just now forgot a small fry at the drive thru ask if I can add a small fry planning on paying for it got 2 the 2nd windows a lady named jasmine told me flat out no u can't buy a small fry like is this not a fast food place lol always come here now going to wendys

The employee didn’t want to give us our missing item, even if we payed for it. She was asking to see our bag to make sure we went lying. Why lie if the food is cheap!?? Anyways the manager helped us but with attitude.
