This is the worst location and I hate coming to this McDonalds, when I pay for extras (sauces, pickles ect.) I never get what I paid for and sometimes food is missing from order. About an hour ago at 11:47pm I pulled up to pick up my mobile order, they turned off the lights in the parking lot, I sit in the drive thru for a minute or two and then they proceeded to tell me that they are closed when it was only 11:49pm. I kindly stated I was picking up my mobile order and they rudely said again that they are closed. The google search for this locations hours of operation need to be changed because they are definitely never open 24 hours. I’m not sure what is going with these rude and lazy employees but I won’t be going back.

Got to say out of the three McDonald's around my area this is the only McDonald's that's closed on Thanksgiving owned by the same person and you only decide to close one of them.

I came to get a doordash order realized it was wrong order then tried to have them remake the right order manager was very rude and told me she couldn't remake it this was at 7:30pm 8:00pm I did get someone named Moises to help remake it so thank you just frustrating when you are trying to do your job

I didn't go to the counter but a elderly man was standing the counter to order and at least 3 different employees walked past the register and just totally ignored him till he actually started yelling for someone to take his order, then about 15 mins later a elderly woman came in and was standing there getting ignored till I walked up and said she needed some help! By this time my grandson was ready to leave so I didn't get a chance to see how many more elderly customers got ignored. Not cool at all!

If I could give negitive I would. Manager wouldn’t give name. I ordered food and got the incorrect order. Manager stated they do not issue refunds anymore. This was at 2:30 am. This is Unacceptable!!!!!! Your job is simple. Quit making it hard.

None of the staff members pay attention to the front counter. They ignore everyone even the manager. Waitied 15+ mins to get my one item order. Come on do better. If you must come here USE THE DRIVE THRU. YOULL HAVE PROMPT SERIVCE IN THE DRIVE THRU ONLY.

Delivery driver stole our food we spent $50 he never delivered our food. My friends were chasing on a dangerous neighbor in the thornton for over 30 minutes never received our food, he stole our food and we never had anything delivered or accounted. They were in constant contact with him he was through Uber eats. We couldn't even even get our food or money literally stole and out my friends danger. Talking to him and he deliberately made them run across streets, never got our food, never got a refund. Literal theft. Don't order from them or Uber to eats.
