They say they open at 5am, I arrived a few minutes after 5 and the lights are all on. But I sat at the drive-thru and waited for more than a minute before leaving because there is not anyone taking your order. Happened multiple times, and just not worth the effort to go back. Pretty disappointing.

The manager of this location (Evelia) Very rude person!!! I was standing in front of her and she not even acknowledge me. or said anything it took over 7 minutes for me to place my order she walked by me twice whit out saying a word.!! the worst customer service ever.and my food was Cold. Very disappointed.Evelia needs to go

The people at this location are insanely disrespectful, it’s obvious with their attitudes this is the only job they could get, at least the food is okay sometimes. You’d think they’re just slammed and in a rush with everything but usually they’re almost empty, so it’s obvious it’s just their attitudes as people

Truly disrespectful asked for a medium fries for a code and got that wrong 3 times!And when said something the lady had gotten her manger ,and started to raise her voice at me!!Very and truly disrespectful

I went to pick up a door dash order and told the very nice young lady Maria Jose I was picking up a door dash order but wanted to also make an order. She said that was fine but that it was her 3rd day and asked for help on my order. The manager Lynn came to help and walked away. I reminded Maria Jose I was picking up a door dash order and she said it would be right up. The manager Lynn then came up gave me the order and started telling me I needed to tell them 1st before I order my food that I was picking up an order. I apologize and said I did tell her that and she got loud with me and told me because they are graded on how long it takes to make the food. I kept apologizing but she kept yelling at me. Lynn needs to learn how to treat customers and her coworkers, while there I heard her telling other younger people working there that she was being nice to them today. As an older woman she ought to know better and should be ashamed of herself treating younger kids this way and as their manager she should be setting an example and not being mean to her staff, door dashers or customers. I also told her this was my first day and she continued to be rude and yell. I hope someone can talk to her about her attitude because it really stinks.

I just pulled into this location to order food with not a lot of time to spare. The lady on the intercom at the drive-thru tells me that the system is going down, it's going to take 5 minutes, if I want to come inside I can't. In my head I'm thinking oh okay so I can order inside. I go inside to find two other people ahead of me and another person coming in behind me just to see that the system indeed is going down and doesn't make any difference whether I go inside or not because I still can't order any food. What is the point of me going inside? Why would you tell me that? Not a good move. So I left with nothing and wasted my time going inside.

One of the most disrespectful experiences of my life.
I ordered online for a drive thru pickup and the location and they messed up ALL three of my burgers.
When I went inside to alert them of theie mistake and ask for a remake, one of the employees got an attitude with me and told me i had better make sure to clarify no cheese. Which i had properly On the online order, and was displayed on the messed up sandwiches I gave them back. Almost never in my life has someone had the audacity to blame and shame me for a mistake i did not make and had proof of IN THEOR HANDS.

The playground is so filthy they don’t even bother to broom or clean the slide. There’s trash everywhere not clean enough for kids
Went there this morning with my wife to get breakfast before work. I got to work and went to sip the leaked sweet tea from the lid and it wasn't tea. It was cleaning product. It burnt my tongue. Thank God it wasn't a lot. How in the world did this happen? I'm honestly baffled.
