I just pulled into this location to order food with not a lot of time to spare. The lady on the intercom at the drive-thru tells me that the system is going down, it's going to take 5 minutes, if I want to come inside I can't. In my head I'm thinking oh okay so I can order inside. I go inside to find two other people ahead of me and another person coming in behind me just to see that the system indeed is going down and doesn't make any difference whether I go inside or not because I still can't order any food. What is the point of me going inside? Why would you tell me that? Not a good move. So I left with nothing and wasted my time going inside.

One of the most disrespectful experiences of my life. I ordered online for a drive thru pickup and the location and they messed up ALL three of my burgers. When I went inside to alert them of theie mistake and ask for a remake, one of the employees got an attitude with me and told me i had better make sure to clarify no cheese. Which i had properly On the online order, and was displayed on the messed up sandwiches I gave them back. Almost never in my life has someone had the audacity to blame and shame me for a mistake i did not make and had proof of IN THEOR HANDS.

Went there this morning with my wife to get breakfast before work. I got to work and went to sip the leaked sweet tea from the lid and it wasn't tea. It was cleaning product. It burnt my tongue. Thank God it wasn't a lot. How in the world did this happen? I'm honestly baffled.

9 times out of 10 this location does something is wrong. It's frustrating because it's the closest one to us so it's the most convenient. I got a hot n spicy and my bottom bun was hard as a rock. I got a CHEESEburger with extra onion but received no cheese or onion. Used points to get a large frie and they were completely raw. They weren't even busy. There was 1 car behind us and 1 in front so I can't even say i understood because they were having a rush.

Took ten minutes to even get eye contact from any workers as a doordash courier. Two associates aimlessly sweeping a clean floor, others fooling around and manager was snotty. Great experience
