Would give it a minus if I could. Service especially terrible. Food terrible. Filthy Get It together... 72nd and Sheridan. It's McDonald's for crying out loud. McDonalds is a machine. This one, is off the charts horrible. Closes early. Says there is no more food. Wth? Chicken nuggets not ever cooked all the way through. Always the wrong order. If the order is correct It's stale or broken or under cooked.

These play places have become such a joke you literally never know what your going to get. Kinda like your food when you order macdonalds. So if you have a young kid, (2-3) this play place is perfect.
Update I ordered more food from this McDonald's on 01/02/24 through grub hub and of course the order was totally wrong I think this McDonald's ask new employees if they can read and if they say no they hire them it's the only logical reason why they can't get a simple order

I love McDonald's caramel ice coffee but this location never gets it right. I always go to the 92nd and Federal location closer to home.Sometimes I give the benefit of the doubt and come back here if it's close to my errands and end up disappointed every single time. I've come about 8 times in a year span and they just never get it right. Today it was missing the caramel sometimes it's missing the coffee. Sometimes it's just watery.
