This use to be my favorite spot since I moved up here from Denver. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing, but the customer service and specifically the new waiter. I had finished my food and left a tip in CASH on the table, so when I went upfront to go pay I obviously put no tip and this guy literally cancelled the transaction 3 times and told me to leave a tip. This has happened the last couple times I’ve been going. Not only is he rude, but literally wants you to leave a tip.

My newborn son was sleeping and this guy threw the silverware on the table aggressively, then I watched the guy blow and pick his nose for 15 min straight…… then was handling peoples drinks and plates without washing his hands….. I won’t ever come here again.

I have order from here many times, in the last two times, the amount of food has been terrible, very small portions. What it show on the menu, was like cut in 1/2.. My wife call in to verify the order we have place was right “it was” but not worth it the amount of money we pay for a small amount of food.

My wife and I used to love this pho! However, with the recent server, we will not return to this location. Not only does he talk on the phone his whole shift but if you ask for an item, he will roll his eyes at you and will be passive aggressive. He will be on a video call with the camera on you. He is cleaning while you eat, and rushes you as fast as possible out of the place. He lingers over you while you check out to make sure he gets a tip. It is unfortunate because the owner is wonderful! I have discussed my concerns but it is taken lightly. We have given this location plenty of chances with no change. I recommend going to the Littleton location for friendly and kind service! However, avoid the bathrooms 🚽

Ordered a sesame combo, payed 25$$ for 8 pices and a poorly presented plate, also ordered a pho bowl with steak and tendons 1 price of tendons in a large bowl, appetizers were good, waited 20min for my drinks, in total payed 70 bucks. Server was rude didn't even give a receipt for my order, I didn't leave a tip because I feel like it wasn't deserved. One thing is for sure it was my first and last time going.

I had lunch at this restaurant today, and that was an outstanding experience. The atmosphere buzzed with energy on this lively Saturday afternoon, creating a vibrant backdrop for my meal. I was truly impressed by the lone staff member skillfully managing the entire operation. He continuously refilled my drink, always with a warm smile, while deftly attending to several other tables. His remarkable multitasking made the experience even more enjoyable. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit, where I can dive into new dishes and savor more delightful moments.
