The food is good not amazing but it’s good food but the service is just off like i feel like im being rushed into ordering my food im a waiter so I understand how the job works I get it I always try and tip the best I can but I can’t tip when I feel like im not even wanted there it feels so rushed when I wait table I try my absolute best to make people feel comfortable to make sure there food and beverages are as they like them to be try and make the customer laugh or at least smile but here the waiter makes me feel like I’m annoying him or his already annoyed I’ll maybe be coming back but I’m doubtful

First the negative...we ordered online to pick up our food and were charged extra fees as if we were going thru a delivery company. I've never been charged additional fees to have an order prepared and I pick it up, and we order frequently. If we dine in and need a to go box we aren't charged extra. If you don't like extra charges don't order online. That said, THE FOOD IS FABULOUS!! The rice noodle bowls are incredible, there is certainly no skimping on the amount of meat in the combination bowl. The spring rolls are full of shrimp and pork with a yummy thick peanut sauce. We have ordered many of the appetizers and all were good. Always say I need to try something else and we will, just have a favorite and always end up getting my usual. Many other items I/we want to try. Definitely recommend the restaurant. Service and atmosphere is average, go for the food and you will give it high marks.

The yung guy that runs that place made fun of me in front of my friend one time for not useing the chopsticks i like to use spoons idc what ppl say their beef broth is bland af dont go here ppl are disrespectful

To the guy who asked me, why there is nothing left for tips. I used to give tips, it was not because your service is great, it’s because I like the food. I decided not to give tip this time because, both of my daughters says thank to you most of the time when you serve us food but You didn’t respond and ignore them. And you have a guds to asked for tips? I don’t like your service, I don’t have to tip you. I don’t care how tipping in America. If I were in your situation, I wouldn’t demand a person to give me tips if they don’t want to. It’s so embarrassing.
Moreover, if each time I spend 40 to 60 dollars for my kids to enjoy their outside food, I don’t think I need to give you 10 to 15 dollar tips each time I’m there. Oh I won’t be there again.
Zero stars if I could give zero. Went into pick up my order and the one guy in the whole place (completely empty dining room) was super rude and didn't greet me or smile. I said I was picking up my order and he sold 10 more minutes very rudely. Although the pick up time was right then. I just walked out and said not gonna stand for this treatment when I'm trying to give your company business. I left and will not be back. I don't recommend this place. They seem racist and have a sign on the door that says they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Don't go here. This location has a bunch of homeless ppl hanging around and sleeping in the trees next to the entrance. Not safe here. Heard ppl yelling and cussing and screaming/fighting. This place all together is not good. They don't respect their delivery partners drivers doing them a favor. Don't go here. There's another place in the same shopping area that is much better.
Reply to mgmt: I'm doing your company a favor by delivering your food. So if you don't like the company you have have chosen to do deliveries then just get rid of it and hire your own delivery drivers that are from your own country. Your staff and family working here are extremely rude. You as a manager/owner are very disrespectful to pplwho are doing you a favor to even waste our time and gas to come to your restaurant to pick up an order. Not my fault the delivery said pick up time was right then. Then you make me late for delivery and I get deducted for it. No thanks. I'm entitled to my own opinion on my personal experience with this restaurant change your attitudes about every one who enters your doors. BE THANKFUL TO EVEN HAVE ANYONE COMING IN THERE.
