Update sept 2024 Benita was awesome checking us out. She was extremely helpful with helping me use the app and digital coupons. I'm frustrated that I'm a member but still have to go online and get coupons even though they are mailed to me.

2024 very busy no checkers no manager. The bread I picked has a sign for discount... it didn't work at the self checkout. The worker said no sale so I told her I dont want it. Went back to check the prices again (in case I grabbed wrong thing). Took a picture and I WAS right that Bread that size on sale. By this time she had another worker take it away. But she didn't bother to get that worker to get a price check for us or get the bread back. By this time line was huge and I didn't want to wait at back of line AGAIN. No manager to talk to either. Left empty handed.

2 Yeats ago; Great produce and meat. Nice clean store. Friendly workers and cashiers. A bit limited on some of the dry goods selection. Overall costs more, but sale items are available. I'm not very picky but I notice the difference and will pay more for better quality and service.

I will not be going back my family and I stopped here just to pick up a few snacks for our kids. Felt like a big inconvenience when my husband and son had to ask to use the restroom. Employers were loudly sighing and disappointed they has to move from cash register

Currently sitting 11th in line at 7am. One register open with no self checkouts. I wish I had a decent grocery store close to my house. This place gets worse every day.

Horrible customer service….
Item was in the wrong place and the lady at customer service wouldn’t honor it a couple dollars off. The lady was extremely rude when I came back to the checkout with her. My other items were no longer there. Somebody had taken them and tried putting them back I had to fetch the items myself no apology. Nothing will not be returning.

Pretty pissed off. Noticed pepperoni I grabbed at store was expired since last month and was literally gray. Right in the front. Not sure how it could be missed. Told an employee.

Bought hot dogs that I couldn’t find the expiration date on but trusted Safeway would care enough/ is selling enough due to the holiday these were fresh. Get home. Nope. ALSO expired since last month.

This is the SECOND SAFEWAY that has sold me expired by months and sometimes rotting food

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE?!!! How is quality checking so meaningless?!

We are literally being forced but to have no options in this state on where we shop for groceries and just put up with expired food being sold to us. Awesome. ??

The floral department at this location is AWESOME !!! Shala is so helpful and friendly! Every time I go there, she is working on stuff and she takes so much pride in making her displays look amazing. We bought a centerpiece for Thanksgiving and she told me if we planted the succulent in soil and watered it, it would grow and my niece did that and the plant is still alive to this day! I seriously recommend you make this your goto spot especially for Valentine’s day and Mother’s day!

Came in for my normal grocery shopping about 1.5 hours after open. Headed to check out and the only thing open is self checkout, which I don’t mind doing but wanted to check cause I had a full cart of items. The self checkout cashier said he’d ring me up and he did! (Kyle was great! He was kind and helpful.) He needed to get back to his post, so left me to bag everything. I understand the need to get back to what his actual job was. This store is clearly short staffed and leaving it on customers to handle. If you want me to work when I come in to shop due to the business’ inability to hire a staff, there should be some kind of discount. Finally, watch the produce here, I looked through many bags of potatoes that had mold and salads brown and past their date. Check anything you buy here. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

They are not have a good customer service and the digital weekly events coupon is not automatic apply the associate they are not want to help you to fix that even I bring the issue to store Manager they don’t care. Safeway is not a good place to shop and don’t bring out your digital coupon because that’s not true wasting my time and my gas to drive there
