Had a mobile order including 2 slushies 1 LG 1 med. The large was very dark and flavorful like always, the medium was very lightly colored and even when mixed tasted like carbonated ice. When we asked more a little more syrup because it was undrinkable we were told it was "the normal amount". The employee I spoke with Micheal was unable to comprehend the fact using the same pumps over and over can cause wear and possibly effect the amount of syrup in each pump and refused to help resolve the issue.

Great milkshakes. Ridiculous prices. Bought a double cheeseburger and 3 medium shakes (I'd hate to see what they call a "small" shake!") and it was $25 and change. YIKES!! And the burger was meh.

Wasted my gas going to and sitting in the drive thru to find out that they are out of ice cream. A lot of good the half price after 8 does when you don't keep stocked up. You could at least put a sign so people don't sit 10 minutes in line at the drive-thru

This Sonic is the cheapest, I’ve been too. One marinara for a large Mozzella Stick? Also I couldn’t order at the stall because the staff didn’t feel like bringing it to us, and made us order through the drive-thru. Never coming back here!!!

Not usually one to review a chain restaurant, you know what you are getting at one. This Sonic though.... avoid. The staff is apathetic and don't listen. Had to clarify four separate times on what I wanted to order. The CC machine in the ordering kiosk was broken, and rather than tell the customers that, they let them use the broken machine until someone came out and said it wasn't working. You better believe I will be keeping my eye on my back account for anything funny. Burgers were good, no complaints there.
Edit: Dear Sonic Corporate: I have already given a review and feedback. I see no reason to connect with you further. What was so hard to understand here? Is communication an issue company-wide?

I ordered at the location at 7:48 pm, at 8:12 I hit the red button to ask where my order was. The person told me how they’d gotten so busy, and proceeded to hand me a mostly melted float, cold tater tots, and a luke warm wrap after making sure I’d paid to receive the cold food. When I asked how long the shake had been out the guy said “yeah, it does look melted, do you want me to make another one?” They offered zero apologies, didn’t refund my $10, and was clearly annoyed that I didn’t want the float. Haven’t been to this location before, and won’t be going back.
I was in line at the drive thru for 25 min and noone attended me so i drove up to the window and asked if i can order . They responded that "I had to go thru drive thru". I then answered "I was there for 25 min and thats y i came up to the window." Then she denied to take my order and said if i wanted to pull up to the stall since drive thru isnt detecting my vehicle. There was 2 other vehicles behind that left cuz they didnt attend us. Lazy lousy worker!
