This place used to be excellent when they had American workers. I woukd go to any other Sonic than this one if I were you. The workers couldn't even understand English. It took 7 minutes just to get the order through their head! Then they got the order wrong and refused to give us the correct order. They insisted they were right not us customers who put in the order. Please make sure your employees speak fluent English or maybe pay workers what they deserve so that proper English speakers are hired. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment! The fact they said they were correct over what I actually ordered and refusing to give me what I did order, just disgusting! I will never go to Sonic again... sorry but you get what dish out. I told them I would be in contact with corporate, they said go ahead we don't care! Only thing fluent to come out their mouth. This staff is so awful, disgusting, and rude! Never again will I spend money at sonic!

I just got home with my $46 order, and half of the stuff I ordered is not there. Even the cheese for the pretzel is missing. I'm requesting a refund or gift card as this is happening all the time in this location. This is the Worst Sonic in Denver!

employee was very rude, forgot one of our fris then said “i packed it idk what to tell you” like what. we ordered $75 worth of food and was told the receipt was in the bag, the receipt was not in the bag. never coming here again.

The staff that’s working right now needs to find a new job. My husband and I were getting food with our 3 month old son, when they started to pop off at the mouth through the intercom because they couldn’t get the right burger that my husband was trying to order. Instead of actually doing their job they began to become disrespectful. All over a miscommunication. When my husband went up to the restaurant to see what was the issue, and why people whom should have customer service were disrespecting him through the microphone, the manager wouldn’t come out. As we were leaving 2 employees came out to apologize, the First Gentleman was apologetic, the second boy that came out claimed to be taking someone else’s order, while he was taking ours; he claimed he was not talking to my husband, when he was. Get your employees in check because this is NOT the experience I wanted for my family. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Service is awful. Staff is rude. They also said they are now only talking customers through the drive thru. Guessing it’s too must to walk 1 minute out to a car. Mind you there were 5 people working and multiple people on their phones. What’s the point of coming here if you can’t even have the nostalgia of what sonic is. All machine were working just fine, they told us through the machine they no longer accept that way to order. Ridiculous.
