Me and my sister came in for her birthday I usually get an apple crisp macchiato but was told that it was discontinued even tho it’s still served at every other location. My sister tried getting her free drink and the lady was very rude to her about it raising her voice and giving attitude just because my sister didn’t know what to scan! I get being upset working holidays but I’m a nurse as well and work holidays and never treat anyone like that! Was very disappointed because last year the employees were extremely nice.

Neveah at starbucks is great, she was polite, nice and just over all friendly! Her interaction with my daughter was nice, too many people are grumpy anymore so dealing with her was a nice change! Thanks Neveah!

I was waiting over 10 minutes to place my order. Two employees standing around doing nothing.they told me wait gave no reason and didn't care So I left don't come to this starbucks for coffee.

I go to the Starbucks at Safeway in Federal heights quite often. Today I went in and ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The person working there did not dispense the cold brew from the tap. She poured it from a cold brew bottle off the grocery store shelf. It must have been caramel flavored and sweetened which is not what I wanted. If I wanted bottled cold brew, I would just go to Safeway and buy some. This was a $6 drink and I couldn't even drink it. Please do not offer cold brew if you're just going to pour it out of a bottle.

We went took get one of the new drinks. Posted in front of the store. We where told no blender could be a couple weeks. We been here a couple time's their always out of stuff. Really management needs to step it up. Do a better job at managing the place getting what it needs. Ridiculous. The woman behind the counter was very kind about it. Not her fault. I DON'T NORMALLY DO REVIEWS. TODAY WAS A HARD DAY. AS A NURSE I AM WORKING HARD AND MY CO WORKERS AND I NEEDED SOME COFFEE. I CALLED AND SHE SAID THEY CLOSE AT 6. WHEN I GET THERE SHE SAYS THEY ARE CLOSED. SHE SAID THEY CLOSE AT 5 pm. IT WAS 4:45. SHE WAS DISGUSTING AND RUDE. I CANT BELIEVE THEY LET SOMEONE LIKE THAT WORK THERE.

I was trying to use a legitimate offer and the employee just rudely told me they do not take the offer at their location. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
I would give no stars if I could. I didn’t even get anything because I tried to order matcha tea latte, literally on the sign behind the counter, and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed it out on the sign. She still didn’t know. Pulled out her recipe book and tried to tell me that milk doesn’t come in the matcha when I asked for almond milk, because it’s a tea. I’m like, it’s literally in the recipe what are you talking about?! So I just left, because I’m not spending 6 bucks on a drink made incorrectly. Please train your baristas so they at the very least, know the specs of the signature menu items.
